I've been struggling to find a scent I like for ages but Ivy at the Wood Green branch was so helpful with honing in on a few scents. I had a list when I entered the store and she not only showed me them but also took the initiative to try some other perfumes with me based on my preferences and was very friendly, attentive and knowledgable. I've finally found a few scents I'm super keen on thanks to the great customer service I received. Thank you!

Really nice experience. Went to buy some perfumes and Lucia, the cashier, was so lovely and helped me a lot. I just wanted to leave her a good review because her customer service was impeccable and she was very helpful and nice. The wrapping was perfect and she even help me with the engraving.
