Scam company you think you are ordering…
Scam company you think you are ordering premium branded products like blue horizon etc and they send out unbranded generic tubs of chemicals - could be anything, hazardous materials poorly packaged. Say it’s in the terms and conditions that they can send anything if what you ordered is not in stock. Do not use! I’ll be having to raise a chargeback to try and get my money back!

Better labelling required.
Delivery was fast, but the item that arrived looked completely different to what was advertised on the website, no invoice in the package to confirm what arrived was the same as what was ordered and no application instructions on the container. Considering this was a hazardous substance I would class this as substandard.

I placed an order and received something different and have tried to contact the pool cleaners and asked for a refund and removal of the chemical wrongly sent to me. No response , no refund, nothing.

I ordered Blue Horizons got something else
I ordered Blue Horizons - TA Reducer from their website.
I received a different product from the branded one I ordered and despite writing to them to ask for an explanation I've heard nothing.
Disappointing!
