Ordered from on on buy said that only three brands where being used by you which I thought were good paid over £80 pounds for product expecting a quality product but got a generic cheap product, phoned on many occasions and emailed got no response. do not buy from this company a complete con .

Absolutely useless company ordered some items i heard nothing for 5 days. Called them emailed them could only get through to reception ,they were unable to put me through to sales or a manager. The response from the email was we will contact you in 2/3 days. , I will never ever use this company.

Well amid some negative reviews I can only post a positive one, I ordered my products, they were processed and shipped out in a timely manner and delivered when they said they would be delivered. Based on the service I received I would certainly use them again.

The company has clearly folded. Ordered a part on Monday, no communication whatsoever. It is also worth noting that they do not answer the phone and it is passed to a 3rd party phone answering service. The website is now down and the phone number does not connect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Just awful. First there was a 1 month delay in delivery. I never received a proper apology for this. When the item finally came, it wasn't what I wanted (due to the fact that the description is AI-generated nonsense). They are refusing to pay for return postage. I'm pretty sure 'customer service' is just AI.

The order arrived promptly and came with a 10% offer on the next order. However, when I tried to use the code on the next order it didn't work. I'm feeling cheated.

Ordered an item on the ONBUY site for chemicals for our pool - one we use regularly which suits our use. They use Thepoolcleaners to satisfy this order. When the item arrived, it wasn't the same item as advertised - a totally different brand with different ratios of useage . Complained to the pool cleaners who eventually agreed for us to return the item. They sent a prepaid EVRI label for the item to be returned to a EVRI drop off point. On attending my local EVRI point, I was informed that they do not accept any liquids over 200ml, and that it would have to be collected from my home. I had no way of arranging this with EVRI. I contacted the seller to make these arrangements. Still No reply!!!! Now stuck with a product I don't want to use and out of pocket. Will have to initiate a paypal resolution.
I notice that many other buyers are having similar experiences with this company. Don't fall into their trap . Avoid .

They took my money, never sent the order out, contact number goes to Vodafone voicemail

I’m disappointed with The Pool Cleaners’ approach to customer service. They list products on their website that aren’t actually in stock, and instead of informing the customer, they simply send a different item without prior notice.

When I raised this with them, I was told there’s a note on the product page saying they may substitute with an alternative. But that’s not good enough. If I take the time to choose a specific brand of Bromine tablets, I expect to receive that brand—not a random alternative from one of four other manufacturers.

What’s the point of offering product selection if the choice isn’t respected?
