Ordered Bluewater Chlorine tablets, received Deep Blue - From reading these reviews I'm not the first to complain about them sending out inferior products so avoid

Do not use this company.

I ordered a new filer. Arrived damaged. They suggested a discount but I don’t want a discount. I simply want what I ordered.

They are incredibly difficult to deal with. Phone number on their website doesn’t work.

Avoid at all costs!

If I could give none I would.Aviod this company as the advertising is all a con,they show pictures of Bestway products but send different items,this happened when I ordered twice from 2 different companies.commication was nil and poor excuses for a different brand.Aviod,Avoid Avoid they should not be aloud to do this

Ordered chlorine granules. Paid extra for fast dissolving. Received a completely different brand, and tablets which I don’t use. The the test strips also are different from what I ordered

Ordered Clearwater multifunction chlorine 5kg tablets. Received a white tub with no markings on it.
I will never use again

Ordered Clear Water Chlorine and they sent me a cheaper brand with no refund of the difference. They said it tells you in the small print that they do this. BEWARE!!

Wrong products sent, have sent a message but no communication back. I’m owed some money for the price difference atleast!

Ordered some shock treatment and they sent me a floating dispenser instead. They didnt apologise and instead told me that their records indicate that they sent the correct item. I even sent them a picture of the wrong item still in the box they provided. Haven't heard anything since that message

Ordered Jacuzzi Chlorine Granules and received a cheap inferior product. Seems to happen a lot judging by the reviews on here and I will be contacting trading standards if they don't fulfil the actual order.

Ordered a 7in1 meter to test my spa water they sent the wrong meter and after several emails they dont answer - AVOID or lose your money see other reviews!!

I wish to get some Plastica Tabs (4 x 5kg containers) that I have used for a number of years for our pool.

I found a good price on the Pool Cleaners site and they were listed as being in stock - but literally 48 hours later 4 x 5kg tubs arrived but they were of a different make.

In fact, the Deep Blue ones provided I could have purchased directly from the supplier Deep Blue and paid less for them !

So I have ended up with not the product I wish to get, the type I thought I had purchased and then paid more for the alternative product.

It would have been reasonable for Pool Cleaners to have informed me they did not have the Plastica tabs and given me a choice of if I wish to have the alternative or not.

I can but suggest people read all the text online where Pool Cleaners stated they can send an alternative product and maybe a customer should confirm what is going to be sent to them when placing an order.

It would be concerning if Pool Cleaners offer the product someone would want to have, but know full well that would be sending another product instead.

Wrong item was sent. They argued the toss about whether it was correct or not and then decided, actually I was right, but they didn't really want to give me a refund and asked if I would accept what they had sent. I declined, as it didn't fit!!!! I returned the item to them over a month ago and have chased twice for my refund, but still not received it. Won't be ordering from them ever again and certainly won't be recommending them, either!

I ordered a 6 way valve from the site and I had made a mistake on the model.
James sorted out the correct valve after lots of emails and their time band I received a full refund minus carriage.
Not instant replay to emails but always replied in time.

I ordered stabilized chlorine tablets 5kg, 200g tablets.
I received chlorine tablets but they were not stabilized.
I thought I had ordered the wrong thing so ordered the stabilized tablets again and this time even though i ordered exactly the same thing I received two 1 kg containers of 200g chlorine tablets. I checked both orders which clearly stated that I wanted stabilized chlorine tablets. I contacted them via email and no reply. I am waiting for the reply.
I have sent the two 1kg back asking for a refund. That didn't happen so asked PayPal to sort this mess out and i received the refund.
Sorry but I would not order direct from this company again.
They are on Amazon and they did deliver what I wanted stabilized chlorine tablets 5kg, 200g tablets.

Bought the 200grm multi function tablets. Normally you open a tub and get a very strong smell of chlorine/ With these tablets there is no chlorine smell at all. The tablets are also not individually wrapped which is a first for me. After a few weeks of using the it became apparent that the reason they don't have a chlorine smell is that they have no chlorine in them. Totally useless. Tried to contact the company but no reply/

Since this review the company contacted me and they have replaced the tablets, the replacement tablets are fine so hopefully it was just a faulty batch
