Really happy with our experience of the Property Portal.
We were buying 2 properties as investments and used the property portal for 1 purchase, to compare against another solicitor. The Property Portal were 2 weeks quicker at getting the property completed, which is great.
The process, communication etc. was all great and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Excellent Customer Service
I would like to thank Daria from The Property Portal for an excellent customer service. I’ve been in touch with Daria via emails and phone calls and she was always very kind and helpful. As a first time buyer, when you are not so experienced, it is nice to have someone who can help you to make this journey as smooth as possible. I am happy to recommend her and Natalie and her colleagues’ services. I also like the Hoowla Portal they use, which is very transparent and you can see the progress on your journey and next steps/tasks you need to complete very easily. Thank you.

Fantastic online portal and great communication
The online system which enabled us to upload documents and do everything online was perfect for me as I was out of the area and couldn't get to the solicitors' office. Joy was incredibly helpful and responsive, and they got the job done efficiently and professionally. Would use again and fully recommend. Thanks!
