Therapy Blanket Avis 

Prompt delivery, nicely packaged, quality product :)

I have been using my weighted blanket for over a week now. It did take a bit of getting used to but now I love it.
I wanted something that is not going to be too hot, also I am delighted that it has a cover which it will make it easier to clean.

all the beads in the blanket moved to one side.
No value for money. Avoid at all costs.

despite writing to the company for a refund/ replacement, none was offered.

I have emailed to find out if I have been sent the wrong purchase or if it is just misleading, I ordered queen\king size, barely covers my small double with a gap at either side. Not possible for two to sleep under.

Having been given the run around by a 3rd party seller on a well known site.. I almost gave up in despair for getting a couple of blankets as a Christmas gift. The site was great to use, and the communication from the seller was excellent.! Any mails sent answered promptly. Items arrived on time and are far better than I could have hoped.

ALL I CAN SAY AT THE MOMENT IS THAT DELIVERY WAS VERY GOOD, BUT IT'S A CHRISTMAS GIFT, SO FINGERS CROSSED THAT IT'S WHAT SHE WANTS.

Very happy with our purchase. The blanket is very well made, and has a nice velvety texture. The weight is well distributed within the cells, and provides the desired comfort, relief and improved sleep as it should. Only downside is that we thought it would be slightly bigger as a Queen size, but it fits well over a standard double bed. Everything else is great and we can happily recommend to anyone looking for a decent blanket.

6 WEEKS AND NO DELIVERY!!!
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER AND NO UPDATE FROM THERAPY BLANKET I feel like I've been scammed, to be honest. I would like to think it's not a scam, but I ordered last Oct. 2, 2022, and did not receive my purchasae until today, Nov. 2. On October 19, my shipment was marked successfully delivered even if there was no package received. On October 20, I wrote Therapy Blanket an email that my shipment was marked delivered by the courier without me receiving any item. Today is Nov 12, 6 weeks after my purchase, and still, I don't have any blanket nor any refund.

First, there was an error in Therapy's checkout system such that it incorrectly changed the address I typed and selected from the dropdown menu by itself. Second, I asked for proof of delivery but until today, there is no proof of delivery such as a photo or any proof of signature that the parcel was received or any advice at all as to where my parcel is. There is also no option in the checkout system for me to select whether I would require a signature or not for the delivery or should I require extra cover for the shipment to New Zealand or not. I am very surprised how the company can be very dismissive about the matter knowing your customer did not receive their package for 6 weeks.

I have been asking for my refund or replacement as promised in their guarantee but this is utterly a false advertisement! This is the worst purchase service I have ever experienced. I don't have a blanket and this has been occupying my headspace for 6 weeks now and Therapy is poorly responsive and without any sense of urgency to address the matter. I am still hoping this is not a scam of course but as of now, while I have already paid $208 and not have received anything, it's a big sham.

Excellent product, well thought through design - especially the zip which stops the cover from bunching. Also, good clear website information, speedy delivery and great customer service. Really can’t fault product or company!

I ordered and paid for a king size but received a queen size. As i had spent 60 minutes sorting it out to use and as I am ill I resorted to using it. Unsure as yet of any benefit.

I received the blanket last week. The service was excellent with it arriving the day after ordering. I ordered it as I have CFS/ME and struggle with my sleep. It took 2 nights to get used to it but I do really like it. It's certainly comforting but unfortunately unlike other users I still haven't slept through a whole night.
The bamboo duvet cover and pillow case feels super luxurious though

Excellent service….received a day later after ordering. Have now used it and been getting a restful sleep.

Blanket is good quality and right weight but very narrow for a double - it doesn’t fit the width of a small double.

Ordered a lap blanket to take on holiday. Kept informed of transit. Arrived on time.
The blanket is excellent. Our autistic 13yr old loves it and is “testing” it every day before we go away. It’s now part of the furniture! Thank you 😊

I ordered a king size does not even fit the bed not what i thought it would be like

Bamboo ..... so cooling and lovely on the skin. Have to buy more due to teenager kids monopolising them!

I contacted them via email within hours after purchasing to ask to cancel. I have had no response no refund. There was no phone number available on the website no contact name address phone number etc. Only email and the company has not to date replied to my email. So very bad customer service. Now stuck with blanket and no refund. Very bad communication well no communication as no response from them.

too heavy, not wide enough for a double bed, and the zippers on the cover don't adjust very well, but it did give me deeper sleeps nonetheless.

I did not do enough research and the items I ordered were not suitable. More helpful information would be very useful.
