Therme Bucuresti Avis 

La struttura è enorme e confortevole, stupenda, però abbiamo vissuto una brutta esperienza nella zona galaxy, negli scivoli acquatici: il ragazzo degli scivoli del piano più alto, ci ha sbarrato l'accesso alle ore 22:20 (quindi 40 minuti prima della chiusura) e ci ha trattati male. Gli abbiamo chiesto perché lui stava chiudendo prima del previsto... ma lui con una sgradevole espressione facciale ha iniziato a fare dei gesti con la mano... Andate via. Noi abbiamo chiesto "che ore sono?" e lui con fare maleducato ha continuato a fare dei gesti contro di noi per andare via, con le mani. Ci siamo sentiti trattati male, peccato, perché le terme meritano tantissimo

Even though Galaxy area is considered for families, it's very small and limited. They shouted at my 3 year old son in a crazy way just because he went near the smallest slide in this area. Every time someone goes towards the deeper part they shout at him and send him back to the boring small middle part. It means there is nothing to do there with kids at this age and also for people who don't like to be shouted at every moment, and not just normal shouting, like crazy people.

Посетили Therme București 22 августа 2026 года. К сожалению, посещение очень разочаровало.

По рекламе и описанию ожидали большой комплекс, где можно действительно расслабиться и провести несколько часов с комфортом. В реальности впечатление оказалось совсем другим.

Внутри было очень жарко и огромное количество людей. В бассейне настолько тесно, что возникает ощущение, будто находишься в переполненной бочке. Я ожидала, что открытая территория будет значительно больше и на улице будет комфортнее, но там также было очень жарко и многолюдно.

Мы покупали доступ во все зоны и поднялись в Elysium в надежде, что хотя бы там будет спокойнее. Но там оказалось ещё жарче, свободных мест практически не было. Ни о каком расслаблении и ощущении премиальной зоны в таких условиях для меня речи не было.

Коктейли также разочаровали — по вкусу и качеству совершенно не соответствовали уровню, на который претендует комплекс.

Отдельная проблема — женские туалеты в зоне The Palm. При таком количестве посетителей их явно недостаточно. Мне пришлось простоять в очереди около 30 минут. Когда посещение оплачивается по времени, тратить полчаса этого времени на очередь в туалет особенно неприятно.

Но самое неприятное произошло именно во время этой очереди. Пока женщины стояли и ждали, сотрудница уборки мыла пол и шваброй сгоняла воду прямо нам на ноги. Это было крайне неприятно и, на мой взгляд, совершенно недопустимо для комплекса такого уровня.

В итоге вместо ожидаемого отдыха мы получили жару, переполненные бассейны, отсутствие свободных мест, очереди и очень неприятную ситуацию с уборкой.

Возможно, при меньшем количестве посетителей впечатление было бы другим, но после нашего посещения возвращаться сюда желания нет.

Обновление после обращения в Therme: я направила официальную жалобу. В ответ мне в основном объяснили правила вместимости и наличие других туалетов. Хотя ситуацию с сотрудницей клининга передали ответственному отделу, за произошедшее мне даже не принесли простых извинений. Такой ответ меня крайне разочаровал

Today I went with my family. My son was waiting to go on a slide after rated six months since he broke his arm so by mistake I was wearing a chain in my neck when I went to near the slide the lifeguard start telling me go down go down I said why then he start shouting at me and front of my child and he pointed at me my necklace I said oh okay sorry I took my necklace off and put in my swimming trunks got a pocket in there safety one when I took off and put it in my pocket I went back and he still shouted at me very aggressively in front of my child and my child start shaking. That’s the point I got aggressive to us to him. There is no point speaking with these people because they can’t speak English at all and they are so arrogant because I got dark skin and they thought I’m some sort of local and they treat different skin very arrogant way and the feel I felt that I’ve been targeted as racist way spoken with managers none of said apologies to us to my Kid or to us to me. They simply said go online and make a complaint. What a shame to this Big nice company which one look nice but so arrogant people employed there for nothing.

În afara de apa calda totul este o porcărie și nu mai calc pe acolo în viata mea. Mâncarea a fost rezonabila în schimb berea nu contează ce iei este apa chioară iar cocteilurile cu alcool sunt de fapt sucuri cu gheață multă la prețuri între 25 și 40 de Ron.Am sa spun tuturor ce experienta dezagreabila am avut.

What a fantastic experience all round!
I visited on Tuesday with a group of 5 other family members and having read some of the reviews wasn’t sure what to expect, especially as we are a black family. We booked in advance and arrived at opening (10am) on Tuesday. There was no queue, we hired our robes and off we went. It’s advisable to book your treatments/massage immediately as they do get booked quickly and straight after that secure a lounger - Ingrid did my massage which was 10/10 - highly recommend. 2 other family members also had amazing massages. Staff were helpful but Adrian really exceeded all levels of customer service, he was absolutely brilliant and really friendly. - nothing was too much. The place was busy but at no point overcrowded and we were able to experience everything we wanted to do and more. How they illuminate everywhere at night is a beautiful sight.
A big well done to the whole team who keep Therme running as smoothly as possible considering the volumes of people they must see daily. I know there are some negative reviews but really would suggest giving it a go for yourself - perhaps not during peak season or weekends - not everyone’s experience is the same!

Can be a cool experience if it isn't overcrowded. The (Romanian) staff can be very rude and the complaint department will ignore it.

Cattle market with palm trees. Not relaxing at all as it’s overcrowded. Queued for an hour and 15 to book treatments to find they had almost sold out. No lifts, one of our party has mobility issues due to a serious illness, no care or concern for her. Rude rude staff! I think that the company are more interested in packing as many people in as possible than creating a relaxing spa. Would not return.

Ieri siamo stati alle terme, sono bellissime.. avevamo il biglietto completo di tutte e 3 le aree, e 12 ore non bastano.. ringraziamo Beatrice per la sua disponibilità, molto educata e cordiale

Reclamație 6644 Sunt extrem de dezamăgit și, sincer, consternat de modul în care a fost gestionată reclamația mea în urma vizitei mele din 01.09.2025. Au trecut luni și nu numai că nu a existat nicio soluție semnificativă, dar a existat și o lipsă completă de responsabilitate sau de recunoaștere autentică din partea echipei dumneavoastră. Pentru o afacere care pretinde că prețuiește satisfacția oaspeților, acest răspuns a fost absolut inadecvat. Ca client fidel care a investit timp și bani semnificativi în unitatea dumneavoastră, consider acest nivel de desconsiderare profund insultător. Ceea ce ar fi trebuit să rămână o experiență pozitivă și relaxantă a fost complet umbrit de comportamentul inacceptabil pe care l-am întâlnit - și de modul și mai inacceptabil în care a fost ignorat de atunci. Răspunsul pe care l-am primit a fost generic, disprețuitor și, sincer, s-a simțit ca un șablon conceput pentru a ignora problema, în loc să o abordeze. A spune că problema va fi „investigată cu atenție” fără a oferi nicio urmărire, niciun rezultat sau scuze demonstrează o lipsă clară de respect față de clienții dumneavoastră. De asemenea, trebuie să mă adresez conduitei angajatei dumneavoastră, Karina, care a fost complet rușinoasă. Comportamentul ei a fost nepoliticos, conflictual și complet neprofesionist. A vorbi cu un client plătitor cu comentarii de genul „E problema mea?” nu este doar inacceptabil - este șocant ca cineva cu o atitudine atât de disprețuitoare și ostilă să fie plasat într-un rol de relaționare cu clienții. Aceasta nu a fost o lipsă minoră de servicii; a fost o lipsă de respect flagrantă. Este incredibil de dezamăgitor că o locație capabilă să ofere o experiență plăcută permite să fie complet subminată de personal căruia îi lipsesc în mod evident abilitățile de bază de servire a clienților și de conducerea care nu ia în serios reclamațiile. Absența oricărei urmăriri semnificative nu face decât să întărească impresia că preocupările clienților nu sunt o prioritate odată ce plata a fost încasată. Întreaga situație a lăsat o impresie negativă de durată. O afacere care nu își poate asuma responsabilitatea sau nu poate arăta respect fundamental clienților săi nu merită loialitatea acestora. Pe baza atât a incidentului în sine, cât și a incapacității de a-l aborda în mod corespunzător, aș reconsidera cu tărie revenirea sau recomandarea acestei unități altora.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Therme Bucharest — truly a 5-star visit from start to finish.

The facilities are incredible, spotless, and so well organised, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional customer service.

I unfortunately lost my wrist band during my visit, which is used for lockers and purchases, another visitor actually used it racking up some costs on my card. However, the team handled the situation brilliantly. The processes and security measures they have in place meant everything was quickly investigated, the key was located, and I was fully refunded without any hassle.

A special thank you to Alina, Ionuț, and Rohima who went above and beyond to help resolve everything — they were professional, calm, and genuinely caring throughout.

Even with the hiccup, it didn’t take away from the experience at all. If anything, it showed how well the spa is managed and how much they care about their guests.

Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We visited Therme 19/03/2026 and we had a brilliant time.
There is plenty to do there to keep you entertained for the whole day. We got the all areas access ticket. The palm thermal pool is lovely and the swim up bar is really handy. We enjoyed the Sauna’s, and the watersides were really fun. We had no issues with crowding, it was fairly quiet but it is out of season. If you are staying in Bucharest it is about 40 minutes in a taxi, but taxi’s are cheap, it cost us about £15 via uber.

Am vizitat Therme Balotești ieri, cu așteptări mari pentru relaxare și confort. Din păcate, experiența a fost serios afectată de un detaliu greu de ignorat: mirosul din bazinul central de la Palm, lângă bar, era absolut insuportabil. Vorbim de un miros grețos, de „apa statuta” sau ceva mult mai neplăcut, care nu se potrivește deloc cu imaginea premium pe care Therme o promovează. Este asemanator zonelor destinate pubelelor de gunoi.
Vă rog să tratați această problemă cu prioritate – pentru că, sincer, nu cred că vreți ca oamenii să asocieze Therme cu mirosuri greu si nesanatos

I've been at Therme on the 7th of february 2026, and I had only unpleasant surprises. Keep in mind this is not the first time this happens to me at Therme.
I've come all the way from another country to Romania only to be able to RELAX at therme, so I have checked their site everyday for a week to make sure I dont miss anything. I had written down the hours for the saunas, and made a whole schedule for myself, only to find out that I wouldn't get to enjoy any of those things when I got there.

Firstly,
When I got there, it was full. The average waiting time to get in was 90 minutes, nd the waiting line was all the way outside the buliding, on the street. They DID NOT warn us whatsoever, anywhere on the site, on their social pages etc, about the current situation. I just got there and had to wait 2 hours to get in, I was waiting outside in the cold (it was 0 degrees Celsius).
Earlier that day I had a problem with my swimming suit, so I had to change it, and since it was Saturdat afternoon and all the accesible shops were closed, I figured I would buy one at Therme. I knew it was going to be expensive, but I didn't expect it to be THAT expensive. Therme is outside of Bucharest, in an industrial zone, in the middle of nowhere, so there are absolutely no shops to buy a swimming suit. Being left without option, I had to buy a swimming suit from Therme, and since they have no respect for their clients, they priced it as high as they could, around 60 euros to be exact. What does that say about Therme? They advertise their establishement as a relaxing spa, meant to take care of its clients and offer them a peaceful experience. However, they only see us as money bags, knowing there's no other place to go and buy a swimsuit (returning to the city would mean losing another 2 hours on the road, since it's around an hour away from the center of the capital), they overprice their products, but are not able to justify those prices. Absolutely no respect for their clients.
They also went way over capacity, when I finally got inside, there was no place to swim, we were like sardines in the pool. And obviously no more places for the massages or the saunas....horrible experience. They should have at least posted about the situation online, but of course they didn't, since they only think about money and not our comfort or well-being or TIME.

Troppa gente e nessuna regola: lettini tutti occupati con teli anche se non utilizzati. Abbiamo chiesto ad una dipendente dove fossero i posti liberi e ci ha detto che “le persone fanno così”. Ingressi troppo elevati per gli spazi a disposizione. C’è musica che può anche essere piacevole ma in un contesto già così disordinato, crea solo ulteriore confusione e rumore.

1 star because of the towels that others lay down on the bed and nobody there , they should do a policy about this , when I found a bed , I sit there for hours , and nobody came , they came at the end to take back the towels ! And be careful with the food , I ve been 11 h to Therme and I had lunch , dinner and desert, after Therme I stopped directly to hospital! Rest of experience is amazing ! But not for a full day , you don’t have where to sit and the food seems to be poisoned! 🤮

Consigli che non vi dicono online:
- nelle docce c’è il bagnoschiuma
- ci sono i phone
- tutte le consumazioni che pagherete al check out si possono pagare solo in contanti (almeno quando sono andato io (marzo 2026))
- il lettino massaggiante costa per 10 min 10 RON e 15 min 15 RON, per il resto è tutto gratis
- il ristorante ha prezzi bassi ad eccezione dell’acqua che costa 2,50€

Per il resto rappresenta la realtà come in video sui social, molto grandi e belle. Io vi consiglio di andare dal lunedì a massimo venerdì, in quanto sabato e domenica è infattibile.

Queued for a massage. Waited ages missing several scheduled saunas, only to be told there were no spaces left. Many of the staff were rude, however, one member of staff stood out among the rest for being pleasant and always smiling throughout the whole day. Her name is Carmen, and she is an asset to Therme. Thank you Carmen for always smiling and working hard to give everyone a lovely experience. I hope you are rewarded for your excellent attitude.
