Very simple process. Chose a rug online, paid and waited for it to be custom made. I was notified when the rug had been completed and sent tracking details. It arrived very well packaged (we live in Australia) and as lovely as expected. The creases from transit have disappeared and we are delighted.

The rug is gorgeous, high quality and very soft. The Rug Decor was very responsive to emails when I had questions about the ship date for my custom rug, and the rug arrived when expected. I will definitely purchase from the Rug Decor again!

I ordered 2 rugs with pads. It took a long time to receive the first rug and I am still waiting for the second rug. Evidently it was lost in shipment. Now I will have to wait even longer for a replacement. The rugs ship from India. I do like the rug that I received, it is good quality and is exactly as pictured online.

My original order came and while the quality and colors were AMAZING, the pattern was not symmetrical and did not look good in my space. I contacted The Rug Decor and the remade my rug to be symmetrical. They had me approve the digital rendering before it was made and they expedited the process. My rug is gorgeous and I will definitely order from them again.

They were very responsive and were accommodating with shipping times. The rug was of a very high quality, so thick and soft! The only slight issue was the colors were not quite as expected or shown in photos, but not enough to deter purchasing from them again. It was an overall great experience. Thank you!

The rug is gorgeous! I wish the communication from the company regarding where they are in the process was better. Had I not emailed to ask, I would have been waiting for over a month with no progress report. It gets to the point where you think you’ve lost your money without ever receiving the product you purchased. But! I finally received an email with a tracking shipment number and all turned out well in the end. FYI, I ordered the rug on Dec. 26th and received it in February. The product is wonderful, the company practices need improvement.

High quality rug, specific size handmade to order, absolutely worth the 6-week wait from time of placing the order to FedEx delivery from the artisans in India. Good customer service and response to emails during that time and tracking information provided once shipped. Rug arrived meticulously well wrapped and as beautiful as depicted on the RugDecor website. Glad to purchase from a company that takes pride in their products and highly recommend.
