Over 2 months in and still don’t have the rug. Slow responses from customer service. I’ve asked several times when expected delivery, where it’s being shipped from and still no answer.

I was a little nervous ordering at first because I generally order from the same sites . I am so glad I took the chance . My rubber is stunning and feels so soft and has the perfect thickness. The man I dealt with was great at communicating and answered all my questions. Will definitely purchase again.

Stunning rug!
I received my rug from The Rug Decor and it’s even better than in photos. It’s absolutely beautiful, so soft and the pile is thick enough that it’s comfortable and plush under our feet. The customer service was great and the shipment was sent and received very quickly! Will definitely shop there again.

The customer service was excellent, they are highly responsive and helped select alternatives when the rug I had liked was out of stock. Everything came amazingly packaged. The quality is excellent. Cannot be happier - highly recommend.
