Well my hat arrived today and I don’t normally write reviews but I’m so pleased with this hat I thought I really had to!! Beautiful hat, well packaged, arrived quickly and in perfect condition. If you’re hesitant about ordering don’t be quality of service and product are excellent and I don’t say this lightly. Definitely recommend.

Hat arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Very delighted with the presentation and quality when I unwrapped it. It included instructions to fit to my size and how to roll for travel.

I ordered a foldaway sunhat which has just arrived. It was beautifully packaged with a personal message. It came really quickly and it is beautiful. I can't wait for the summer to wear it.

I had an item in my basket to give as a Christmas gift, saw it was under £30 so didn’t qualify for free delivery so thought I’d take a look around the website to see if there was anything else I could gift someone for Christmas and noticed the rest of the website is just full of AI images. I just can’t trust how genuine a website is that’s full of AI generated images ‘modelling’ the items. I’m afraid this may be a scam which is so sad as I really liked the hat in my basket!

Excellent service. I ordered a hat after seeing an advert on social media. I normally wouldn’t order on social media as I have had my fingers burned in the past. After reading the reviews, I went ahead and bought a foldable hat which arrive beautifully packed, with a little note and instructions 2 days later.

I will buy from this company again as the service was great.

excellent hat - extremely good value. this is the second hat I have bought from tis company. I love the large size - previously i have always had to buy mens hats to get one that fits. Its great that it rolls up and fits in my suitcase- I have lost many hats in airport lounges in the past! also very impressed with the quality - I wore my hat in the sea for a week - obviously it got quite wet, but the hat is still great. also loved the way the hat was packaged and sent, lots of tissue paper and a little hand written note - made me feel very special. Love this company

Ordered the two tone Panama its absolutely gorgeous and does roll and reshape. Had a small quality issue with the original order,emailed Ruth at customer support who replied in under 40 minutes new hat dispatched and told to just keep the damaged one instead of returning it. AWESOME service. Great to deal with and you will love the hats.

My foldable Panama hat has just toured South Africa in my case and in hand luggage, as well as on my head. Still looks good! To be recommended.

Excellent scarfs with very good packaging and delivery service. The scarf hanger was very unique.

I ordered two Scarf Hangers from Thescarfgiraffe which arrived within 2 days.
I was very impressed with the product and the way it had been packed.
The hangers were wrapped in pink tissue paper and there was even a hand written personal thank you note. A very nice touch.
I will certainly order from them again when necessary and recommend them to friends.

This company has excellent customer service, communications and delivery service.I have paid for next day delivery and that Fed ex service has been excellent. I have purchased several hats and scarves from them now. Unfortunately a hat I purchased for my husband was too small, but the returns process is simple.
The hats do not loose their shape after being rolled up and wear very well. Highly recommend.
The only issue I have had is last year, I purchased a Panama hat decorated with a belt and the belt was not glued on well and I lost the belt. However I sewed some ribbon on.

Good service but watch out if you buy the Panama hat with the belt detail, it falls off because it’s not actually attached to the hat. It doesn’t take long to end up with no belt !
Have raised this with them so hopefully this will get rectified but watch out if ordering and check hat use before it’s too late to get a refund for a defective design.
