Excellent customer service
I ordered Seep products which didn't arrive. I contacted customer service and they were brilliant! They apologised, discovered Royal Mail had lost the order, resent the order and discounted a further purchase. Really good to be contacted by a real person from Seep (not a chatbot!) who sorted the issue out. ThankYou.

We have just seen the email that you sent to us yesterday and will be in contact with you. Once the order have left our warehouse, we re in the hands of RM!
Their rubber gloves
Their rubber gloves do not suit how I use hand protection for household cleaning jobs. They are too thin for me & did not last long. I sent them a message which they replied promptly to, but mentioned how I was not possibly caring for them in the correct way. Always a red flag reply for me. They did offer to replace them, but I found them unsuitable for my use so declined.

We are sorry that they are not for you. Our gloves are one of the first natural rubber household gloves to market in the UK that have passed biodegradability testing (in accordance with ASTM D5511), and we are super proud of this.

Seep washing up spongesI found the washing up sponges…
I found the washing up sponges difficult at first but persevered with them and now I am used to them i like them,especially as they are better for the environment.

Buy a whole box to last a year. They have lasted well and no plastic so much better for the environment.

What a great find... never again green plastic scourers
How could you not at least try Seep?? Every little tweak that we can do to help our planet must help. I've just had my 70th birthday so how many of the green scourers totally made of plastic have I used over the years? It's frightening. So now using them & the cloth. All good. They come in a box of 12 so one a month or as Deborah from Dragons Den says 'they last a little longer' All my friends are around my age & finding things 'different' for birthdays is difficult so why not for gifts... great buy

The scourers work really well
Easy to order. Rapid confirmation of order and speedy delivery within the estimated time period. The scourers just work really well, e.g. shifting baked on sauce from oven dishes and grease from sinks.
