Zedzzz extra wide shoes
Brilliant product, my dad suffers with oedema and has very swollen feet, has struggled to get shoes/slippers to fit but as the backs come off these were perfect

I ordered myself slippers which arrived on time. Unfortunately they were too big so I returned them using the pre paid label. The money was paid back into my account within a few days. Very good site with plenty of selection, just unfortunate I had a problem with the size.

Slight quality issue
Some of the stitching had come undone on the slippers on arrival. I repaired it to save waste and postage. Otherwise all fine.

Not happy with promised delivery
I paid to have slippers delivered on Monday, so I could take them into hospital on Tuesday, but they didn’t arrive in time.
I’ll return them unopened.
This has all cost me money so am not happy.

We're very sorry to hear you were disappointed. Your order was placed late on Friday 15th and delivered on Wednesday 20th, which was within the 1-2 working day Premium Delivery timeframe (Monday and Tuesday being the working days).
We completely understand that this didn't meet your needs in time for hospital and regret the inconvenience caused.
A prepaid return label has been provided so you can return the slippers for a full refund, (including the extra paid for Premium Delivery), so this will ultimately cost you nothing.
