From the moment I phoned up to having the shutters fitted we had excellent service .
From James in the office to Sam coming out to talk us though the products and the fitters mark and Roberto fitting them ,
The shutters are absolutely lovely and have transformed my windows and the quality of the shutters are to the highest standard .
I would highly recommend this family run company, we were really treated with the highest respect.
The company keep you informed with every stage and are very friendly when you speak to them

Consistent quality
Some years ago I purchased and had cafe style shutters fitted by The Shutter Studio, when my mother moved into her new home and wanted similar, I didn't bother to search the market as I knew I was going to use the company again. Three things that come to mind when I think of the recent purchase / installation - quality products, very good / prompt customer communication, and high standard fitting service. Based on this consistent experience, I would highly recommend the company and would definitely use them again! Happy customer here.

Excellant service and products
We have used Shutteer stuido 3 times now and everytime their customer service and quality of products is excellant. From dealing with sales people at the start all the way through to the guys who came to fit the shutters were so friendly and helpful. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

I am more then pleased with my shutters
I am more then pleased with my shutters. The are fitted perfectly. They look good .The gentleman that fitted them was very professional and helpful. He explained everything to me.
The only negative for me is that although they keep most of the light out i would like total blackout.

We are really sorry if the level of blackout was not explained to you before you processed the order. Unfortunately we do not offer a 100% blackout solution. As the shutters are a wooden product, there will always be some sort of light discrepancy.
