We had an issue with our windows and had to delay the installation and the team were extremely accommodating. The end result is beautiful. I am very happy with our blinds!

After checking out various companies I decided to go with Shutter Studio as they were a local company and their price was good. After initial call to them they sent out Brandon to see me. He explained every detail of how to choose the right shutters for my needs and how they would work. He measured everything very carefully. I live in a very old house with wonky window frames. The service I received from there on was first class. It was a bit of a wait,which I was informed about, but finally fitting day came. Sam the fitter arrived and I was blown away by the service and attention to detail whilst he very speedily and tidily fitted my new shutters. I am so happy with the finished look. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Shutter Studio. Thank you Shutter Studio and your amazing team.

I found the Shutter Studio after conducting a thorough research online. The company quoted the most reasonable price and responded to my queries in a polite and professional way. After agreeing on the price, they immediately arranged a home visit and the surveyor was very friendly and patient, showing us all the colours and patterns, explaining the difference between each type of the shutter. The manufacture process takes 3-4 months but it was definitely worth waiting for. The team actually managed to fixed an early installation date for us, but we postponed it for a few times due to other ongoing projects. We thought the installation may take long but it was finished in less than 3 hours, hassle free. The installer brought in the hoover and cleaned up the site before showing me the final result. We felt grateful that the company even gave us a pamper set containing some lovely cute gifts and maintenance kit… very thoughtful and sweet. Thank you!

The service start to finish was excellent. Starting with the site survey where different options and. costs were discussed as well as the invoicing process to the fitting today by Ollie - quick, great clean-up and removed rubbish from site as well as delivering a lovely gift from the company - complete with halloween pumpkin coffee, biscuits etc - a nice touch.

Staff were very friendly when they came out to measure my windows and fit the shutters. I had to wait quite a long time for the shutters to be fitted but I’m very pleased with them and it was worth the wait. I would highly recommend The Shutter Studio.
