Every body were very helpfull the items ended up being to small and had to be returned.and went out of there way to accommodate a refund would purchase from here again

What happenes when things don't go as planned
I ordered a couple of things of them. Was dispatched quickly but unfortunately dpd (who are normally very good) tagged it delivered when it wasn't. I contacted the sleepingbag store and they got back in touch with me very quickly. Were very helpful and while I wasn't in a hurry for my parcel gave me the strong impression they would send a replacement immediately if I needed it. Anyhow the parcel showed up a week later out of the blue but Chris from the sleeping bag store was calling me back regularly and keeping me updated without me having to chase.
TLDR: Top notch customer service. Quality products. I'll definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Do not hesitate to buy from these guys, the service from them was incredible. I missed my delivery and received a call the following day from these guys checking in if I’d been able to rebook it and if they could help at all. The lovely lady was able to confirm that my delivery was indeed rebooked. I was honestly blown away with the customer service. I would 100% recommend.

Delivery came promptly
Delivery came promptly. Ordered the Snugpack basecamp sleeper expedition ops sleeping bag and it is a little bulky packed down but that's to be expected as it's a super warm and comfy sleeping bag having tested it out in 1-2 degrees temp I felt super snug and cosy.
