Missing order - I only received one part of my order and I don't know where the other item is.
Thanks for your reply, it's probably best just to order direct from the shop next time and skip the middle person being your 'marketplace'.

Hi Rebecca, we apologise you weren't able to track the second item - we have chased the tracking from the brand partner your product is coming from. As outlined in a few places on our site, we're a marketplace - so orders are shipped from various brands. We can see your email from yesterday regarding this in our customer care queue also - this would be addressed as soon as we have the tracking number to hand from Ocean Flo. Rest assured your 2nd suit will be there soon despite all the current postage delays! We hope you love both your items!
Thanks for the reply and feedback Rebecca - majority of our products - around 60% - are sent from our HQ and are sent and tracked with Sendle. (this % will increase as our little Aussie brand grows). The other 40% are dropship products and are fulfilled directly by the brands via a seamless sync with them; so essentially purchasing straight from the brands. Had your purchases been direct, the fulfilment and shipping processes would have been identical. It's unfortunate in this case one brand hasn't provided a tracking number but we're trying to get to the bottom of this. Utilising a marketplace like ours just saves you paying shipping fees twice and provides all the best eco brands in one place to make discovery and multi-brand purchases easier. We hope you enjoy your purchases and can come back and shop with us again soon.

Some good products
Some of the products were really good, one of the onesie swimsuits the colour was a quite different to the picture, was too much of a hassle to send it back. Didn't end up getting my $25 intro discount (I spent over $350 in total) so was a bit disappointed overall 3.5 stars / 5

Lobitos' Surf Suit Forest
I bought the Lobitos' Surf Suit Forest and the material feels strong and really comfy. Love the style and also loved the cute matching scrunchie that arrived with it. I took the advice of the sizing guide and the L size was perfect for me as I'm usually a 10. Also admire the sustainability ethos of thesomedayco. Thumbs up from me!
