Good clean and dry storage, really accessible. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Good facilities. Secure, clean and easily accessible 24/7. Deposit return could have been quicker. They asked three times over four days where the deposit was being returned to and then there was the standard banking transaction time. Other than that, perfect.

Reliable, convenient and fairly priced storage facilities. Immediate access to containers made the moving in and out very easy. The mission controller Dave has been very helpful at every step from the initial contact until the completion of our storage term. Would definitely consider for next time.

Crystal from start to finish was excellent in welcoming and explaining how system worked, nothing was too much trouble in her answering any queries or questions. Manner was always courteous and with a smile and a cup of tea.

Dave provided an excellent and friendly service at Avonmouth. Our small storage container met our needs at a very reasonable price. Access was simple and security was good. I would recommend this facility.

For the loading and off loading of the container contents, that is where the bonus is as you stop right in front of your container, no distance to walk or push trolleys , and 24hr access .

Great service from a great team. We used The Space Program during our house move as our new house wasn’t quite ready. Our requirements were therefore quite fluid but this was not an issue for the team and our needs were fully met with minimum fuss. Bike to Glasto used 2 units at the Avonmouth site. We can't praise the service, site or facilities highly enough. Dave especially was very helpful and accommodating, including when we asked for an additional unit at short notice. There's plenty of vehicle space unlike at other storage places and a clean toilet for customer use. Real care is taken with clients and in keeping the site clean.

Having 24 hour access was great and it was all so secure in there. The staff were very helpful and friendly

Efficient and friendly staff a joy to deal with.

After moving to Tewkesbury and starting refurbishments on our new home, I suddenly found out the house needed a full rewire so I had to make space for them to carry out the work. I had previously spoken with Crystal at the Space Program and she had been friendly, professional and not at all pushy so I gave her another call and she very quickly arranged for me to come and view the different available units. I was able to start the hire from the following day which allowed me to hire a van and move everything into the unit that I needed to. Throughout the period of hire, I had to go in and out of the unit regularly to retrieve items and put others into storage and Crystal was always on hand with a smile and a friendly chat which made the whole experience much more personable and significantly helped to ease the stress of moving.

If I were to hire a storage unit in the future, I would not hesitate to get in touch with Crystal at the Space Program. Very highly recommended, can't fault it.
