Shelia is Awesome, but the prices are raised often!
It is a clean facility. Shelia who works in the office is very friendly courteous, and is very knowledgeable. She’s very helpful as well. The initial prices are great. I was with the Berhman Storage Center for about 3 years and the price went up tremendously. I went from the low end of $100 to $216 actually on my last day with them and did not get ANY notice that the price was changing. I know that you will say that it the economy, but that’s a lie. Every 6 months to a year I was there the facility went up on their price. You would think the longer you are there you would be considered a valued customer or offered a discount but you are not and that is why I had to leave and only have two pieces of furniture in a smaller unit. The Storage Center really need to do better on raising their prices.i believe their prices has to also do with their location and that the area is predominantly African-American and Latinos. The prices to me are raised quicker in urban areas. I give it 6 months, if that, before the price on the smaller storage unit I am renting over their will be raised.
