The Storage Center - Government Avis 24

So far, so good! The booking process was very user friendly. I had no issues at all. The staff is friendly and attentive. The facility is very secure and clean. The only downside to name(if I had to name one) would be the elevator. I had to type the code every time it closed. I had a lot of items to take up and it became a bit annoying. But that wasn't bad because I know it's for my security and safety.

Everything is very secure I love it cause you have to use a password code to get in and on the elevator I’m glad I choose this storage center #1

Jillian was exceptional and very professional. She was courteous and showed me around so I could make my decision.

I went im to get a 5x5 storage unit and was shown a 5x10 and I thought that unit was the 5x5 and i thought ok that size is perfect for me for 19$ so we did all the paper work I pay for my lock and the unit and went home to start moving things into the unit. I came back on the 5th day and went to the unit and realized that it was not the unit that the lady showed me and it was to small so I went down to explain that I know I asked for a 5x5 but the unit that was shown was the unit I wanted and I was under the impression that it was a 5x5. The girl said that she showed me the correct unit and there was nothing that could be done I upgraded to the correct size and then was given the same unit I was shown in the beginning. I feel like I spent more money for the 2 units I should have been able to transfer without paying anything because the girl made the mistake and showed me the wrong unit and that was actually the size that I needed. I wanted to complain about it because I just felt that I should not have had to pay to transfer since the girl showed me the wrong unit.

Always friendly and helpful

The rental process is super easy and fast, and all done online in under 10 minutes. The units and corridors were very clean the two times I've been. You have to use your code to get into the building and again to enter the corridors, so it feels quite secure.

We went into the office to set up our new storage unit and the manager in the office that day was very helpful. He answered all of our questions clearly

Don't have access to unit! Help! New year's day and I need to get access. On hold over an hour

An amazing new store. They took care of My issues of what size of storage place I needed!! Then they had two different sizes like a 5x10 and a 10x5... I was impressed with that. Clean up to date. Great customer service.

The young at the desk is very polite and professional. I have 2 unit with your center, 1 on the 2nd floor and the other on the 3rd floor. It was a real inconvenience to have to go all the way down to come back up. May I suggest putting a key pad inside the elevator to enter the codes to go from one floor to the other.
