Best in quality of suits and customer service
The Suit Depot customer service, as well as the quality of the classic men’s two-piece suit, were outstanding. While some companies have decreased the quality of their product, the suit depot has maintained a very high quality while keeping the cost low. We couldn’t be more impressed. The suit is lined, the attention to detail, the quality of the fabric are part of what makes it an excellent garment. The individuals in customer service give similar attention to every detail of their kind and personal service. This will be our choice in buying fine men’s suits

Defective pants, but customer support (Toni) came through in the clutch
I ordered a wool suit for an upcoming wedding and noticed a manufacturing defect on the pants—contrast thread was visibly caught directly in the front fly stitching. Because the wedding was less than two weeks away, timing was critical.
While the initial communication and warehouse response stalled over the weekend, customer representative Toni stepped up and resolved the situation. Toni arranged to overnight a replacement pair via UPS Next Day Air Saver, which arrived defect-free, matched the jacket well, and gave me enough time to get them hemmed by my tailor.
Quality control on the initial garment could definitely be improved, but Toni’s responsiveness and willingness to expedite the replacement made all the difference.
