Would not respond to my request to replace a shirt that I purchased which was too small for the next size.

Unfortunately, I also discovered that your request for additional assistance came through as part of your CSAT response, which meant we did not see it in time to respond. I'm very sorry for that oversight and for the frustration it caused.
I'd be happy to help get this resolved for you. Could you please let me know if you would prefer a replacement in the next size up or a refund instead?
Also, could you let me know if the shirt is still in new condition with all of its original tags attached? This information will help me prioritize the best solution for you and get the process moving as quickly as possible.

Great selection
They have a really great selection and the service has always been top-notch. I have purchased several suits there, and I also take both of my adult aged sons there for suits, shirts and neckties. I highly recommend!

The team there listened to what I was looking for and pulled a variety of options across all price points. Not only did they speak with me about my feelings on the suit, they also actively engaged my wife on her own thoughts an opinions. They did not pressure into any sale and allowed me to make my choice organically.

Not able to return items
Over a week ago I requested a return label for item #219326. Not only did I not receive a label they stopped answering my text .The person on the other end of the text said his name was Toni. Am I getting scammed or what???
