The Armani suite made from Viscose in Bulgaria
The Armani suite you sold me as a new, virgin wool suite is a bulgarian copy, made from viscose 10 years ago. Terrible.

The pants I ordered (36S) were delivered. While they were marked 36S, they were at best a 32 waist. I have called customer service and left a couple of messages and to date I have not received a return call. I will be returning the pants and will expect a full refund of the purchase price.

Based on the price range and the description of the pants we discussed, at the moment the available options we have are the same Bluejacket pants in both 36W and 40W. Given your feedback on the fit of the original pair, I initially aimed to move just one size up to help keep the closest possible fit.
At this point, could you please let me know if you would be open to trying the 40W, or if you would prefer to proceed with a return for a full refund? I’m happy to support whichever option works best for you and ensure we resolve this quickly.
