Customer Service Has Much to be Desired
Have not received my suit yet so cannot comment on the product itself. However, the customer service has much to be desired in my opinion. I reached out about two weeks ago to get some help with the sizing. I got a timely and excellent reply which was very helpful. But things went down hill from there. I sent a second email asking about the color of a suit I saw on the website but received no reply. I then called the main number during business hours and again, received no response despite leaving a detailed message. I then emailed a copy of my first question to the general mailbox and again received no reply. I ended up ordering the suit because I am pretty sure it will work for me, but the customer service is inexcusable.

Toni A in customer service went above and beyond in helping me. My new suit got damaged on my first wearing and she helped me to find the same suit so I could purchase a replacement. She always stayed in touch with me keeping me informed throughout the entire process.

Hubby loved the shoes!
I ordered shoes for my husband and he loved them. The ordering process was easy and they were high quality, but it did take a little time for him to break them in. He is also between sizes, but they fit him perfectly (and they look great).
