The stuff is alright so you don’t usually see it anywhere else but it’s taken over 10 days to get something that said 2 to 4 days so don’t order anything if you need it for a birthday party like I did this is the second time I’ve bought off him and it happened before as well so it’s a regular thing they miss selling their delivery times massively

Genuinely the best kit manufacturer around ! From the details in the design , a manufacturing company that actually cares about the club and community and takes inspiration from the local areas and integrates them into your kit in a special way. The communication is above and beyond more transparent than any company we’ve used before. THE QUALITY , TOP . Couple of sizing issues first season but this season they’ve used all the feedback and smashed it out the park , everything true to size .

This isn’t just a business. It’s people.

What they’ve done for the football clubs they supply is nothing short of sensational.

Great products at affordable prices, love the fact that you can get retro items, what are perfect for gifts. I also got my items personalised, and everything was done quickly and to a great standard. Would definitely recommend, and will use again. 5* 😊

We’ve worked with The Terrace team for nearly 5 years working to produce our 4 Sunday Men’s teams with great quality kit and a no job too small or too big from the team has always been appreciated. We’ve recently been offered an increase in quality of our kits and training offering and it’s great to see our repeat custom rewarded, look forward to continuing our partnership.

Unfortunately the emblem on the item I ordered was slightly wrong. I contacted the company and it was immediately replaced. I have since made a few more purchases with no issues at all. I will definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The shirt I ordered was the wrong size and had a hole small hole on the back, requested a return twice by e-mail with no response, so got a shirt I cant wear ( too small) with a hole in the back

Ordered a dog badanner and after chasing they sent me a link showing with photo of the delivery this is not our house ive sent 8 emails since with no response hopefully a bad review on here gets it sorted

Shocking company. Charge £5 for delivery and nearly 2 weeks has past and the mug hasn’t even been dispatched yet. Why sell stuff that isn’t available for dispatch. I will not be using this again. You will be waiting weeks before your order is dispatched. You’d be quicker ordering from china and that’s not even a joke.

Shame there is no option to give zero stars, i have ordered here several times with no complaints, postage they say is between 2-4 days, I have always received on the 5th day, this time round i purchased and paid for my item Monday morning 9:17, i received an email Friday evening from terrace store saying my item had been dispatched, checked my tracking number with yodel, who confirmed they are still waiting for my item, it’s now Saturday 5 days later still no item, it’s for a birthday gift tomorrow ( Sunday ) takes up to 72 hours for terrace store to respond to emails and only do this Monday to Friday, if you can not be bothered to get off your lazy bums and post out orders in good time, you have just lost my custom, such a shame as they make lovely football memorabilia here, highly disappointed is an understatement.

I ordered in good faith in good time for Christmas but the customer care is so poor this company uses Yodel and Yodel has lied and stated it has delivered the item and has failed to. My advice is never use this company for as long as they use Yodel.

Awful experience. My item never came. Zero communication and no tracking information. I expected better customer service

Bought a phone case and decided to add a the mystery gift for 5.99 , when my order arrived the mystery gift was 1 place mat😡 not impressed disgusting rip off

Bought a mystery box from this company. They claim that the content is worth more than you pay for the box. This simply isn’t true, you get a massive box with hardly anything in it. The content was very boring and worth about £10 max. Mouse mat, mug and coaster!!! Wouldn’t recommend. No mystery, I’m sure everyone gets the same stuff.

We went for the new brunch menu today and it was absolutely delicious, I had the Korean eggs and my daughter had the Bombay sandwich. We thought the flavours we just right and the masala tea finished the meal off perfectly . As always the staff were so attentive and the atmosphere was perfect

Ordered a birthday gift for my granded from The Terrace just this morning. In my haste I accidentally put my own address in. I contacted to ask to change it and they not only responded the same day but, with it being a birthday gift they've marked it as urgent and getting it sent asap. Can't fault the customer service there. Thanks a lot.

I wanted to follow up on my previous review of The Terrace Store. The problem was fixed and I believe it is incumbent on myself to write a good review. They offered to replace the items, however, I planned to have the two packages re-routed as I hadn't heard from them. Both packages got to where they should be and all is well. They offered to provide a good discount and voucher for myself next purchase, which I will be doing once new merch is in store. I like their products and mistakes happen. Glad it has been resolved and thank you to Ann for her help throughout.

Order a shirt, they submitted to the wrong address. In that address, no one lives for ages and now they are not even replying to me. What a pathetic service

The Attention to the detail from the Terrace as they launch the AFC Bournemouth 1996/97 home shirt and the away 1998/2000 shirts is second to none! A real labor of love has been given to these shirts to give us Cherries fans the chance to wear these classics again, Please do more in the future! These retro collections are fantastic! Every little detail has be fulfilled on these shirts, nothing has been missed out!
