I was pleased to fine your website when I noticed that the hinges on the service doors on our caravan were not going to last much longer. Finding the serial number on the door made it easy to order the right one, and it was delivered in good time at a reasonable cost. Very happy with the service and product, have to fit it as yet. Just a pity that the 10% member discount came after my order, but they did send me complementary pack of toilet sachets which we are keen to try on our next trip.

I was very impressed with my recent interaction with the female who handled my telephone query and subsequent purchase of a toilet cassette from your company on 19th December. She found the item I was asking about and then kindly and quickly assisted me to make my purchase, as I was unsure as to how to manage this via the company website. She told me when I could expect the product to arrive by courier. She then emailed a copy of the order and receipt. It arrived 1.5 days after I had phoned, at the height of the general pre-Christmas rush. She was really helpful and pleasant, and EFFICIENT! I did try to write a review as requested, but could not get that to happen before today, as I am not good at negotiating my way around computers! My sincere thanks, this was a terrific outcome for me.

Honesty Thetford Wants No Problems ..
I first Bought Thetford Fridge 3.5 Years ago . In the First 3 months . The Thermocouple shit itself.$500 later Labour included . Freezer Door Hinges snapped . Thermocouple was not the problem . As I was down in Victor Harbour S.A . so if I wanted the Fridge looked at I had to Take my Caravan to Barossa valley. To Thetford Dealer. He couldn't fix it all he did was Burnt the Wiring out . So then I had to Tow Caravan to Ballarat Victoria. They inspected the Fridge and said it has to be Replaced . So I got the Replacement. Was told there is no Warranty. Within 4 months it Packed up . As I was lead to Believe their was no Warranty. As my Caravan is my Home a 9Kg Bottle of Gas a week . So Thetford sent me to their Authorised Dealer . The First one said they don't Touch Thetford Products. So onto the Second Dealer . He was closed . Left 4 messages no Reply..Had the Circuit Board Replaced . Within 2 weeks it Shit itself .. Found a Dometic Fridge on Facebook Market. Works a Treat gets Cold . Had it for 3 weeks still on the Same Bottle Gas .
I will never Purchase Thetford Products Ever Again .. Their Products are Absolutely Crap.. Their Is No After Sale Service .. It's like the Old Saying Goes .. We Got Your Money . Now Go Away .. Shame On You Thetford . Very Un Australian..

Received my Duo Tank cleaner with half a bottle in the package. Lid on bottle was half screwed on. What a mess in and on the package.

The website was easy to use, and the staff interaction was easy and friendly.
I was puzzled that you offer the toilet seal lubricant soray by email when it us now classes as flammable and not deliverable by email. However I was able to get a can of that spray at my local RV supplier, so no problem.

Quick delivery

We ordered a second cassette for our caravan and were impressed with the ordering process and prompt delivery. Hopefully having a spare cassette will give us more certainty in remote travel. The bonus toilet sachets were appreciated.
