about 1 month ago I ordered a mattress for my future child. I was confident that I would receive the mattress before the baby was born, but unfortunately there are still 2 weeks and I still haven't received the mattress.

Thank you for your review & thank you for your order with us. We really value you as one of our customers.
I can see from our communication that you were aware we dispatched your custom made mattress order within 7 days of order confirmation. Unfortunately the delay in delivery was a result of a third party courier losing your parcel within their network. Which is super frustrating, but I am afraid out of our control.
When the courier in question made us aware of this loss, our customer experience team were in contact with you immediately and we confirmed with you that we were replacing your order on an urgent basis. As your order was for a custom made mattress, understandably we could not ship the same day but I can see our team re-made your replacement & reshipped within 5 days of the loss being reported.
All updates were communicated to you via email, as we understand how important it is to see action being taken in situations like this.
We did not to wait for any period of time to allow the courier to locate the parcel, we felt the fastest solution would be for us to reproduce your order & reship with another courier service.
We hope that our communication & service even when things go wrong reassure you that we want your experience with us to be trusted, stress free & easy. Your replacement order has successfully reached you safely & we hope that your little one is on cloud 9, snuggling into their new mattress.

I ordered a mattress for an antique crib I had, The Tiny Bed Company provided the perfect fit and shape, and even after I made a mistake with the order they provided a solution and rectified it immediately. The finished product was great quality, perfect fit and came every quickly. Also very reasonably priced.
