Visited this dealership with my stepson…
Visited this dealership with my stepson who had been pre approved for finance.it was all going well until he was asked for a 99 pound deposit before being accepted which I found very odd you only pay once being accepted, in the end after waiting almost an hour the finance was refused and when asked for the deposit back was told would need to wait until Monday when the accounts team are in. Shocking experience and will certainly not be returning to this dealership.

Full explanations were made throughout the process, the process itself was seamless and details were repeated and any questions were answered fully. I was dealt with by Ryan and Molly who were professional and knowledgable and explained questions well.

Great after sales
I’ve had my car just over a month, it had an issue with the front passenger seat belt, where it was twisted inside the panel. I contacted the After Sales team, who phoned me back same day to book me in, checked the issue within a week and then booked me in for a repair as it needed replacing. When I took my car for the repair, I asked if they could have it done within 2 hours as I needed to be back on time to collect my daughter and they had me out in 45 minutes! Really nice staff and quick service.
