Had some presents ordered a week or so before Xmas that unfortunately did not arrive before the 25th. That being said customer services team were quick to keep me up to date and the tracking info they supplied showed that everything was dispatched on time and the delays were with the delivery company instead. They also pointed out the delivery times so in all fairness perhaps I should have looked better but I was in a bit of a rush to get presents sorted...would say it could be a little clearer but it is there.
Got a nice discount as a gesture of goodwill that I didn't ask for but is much appreciated and I look forward to getting the order in the next few days fingers crossed 🤞

I purchased a Embroidered Leopard print cushion from Trouvailles as a first time buyer. It took awhile to arrive but I was kept informed all the way & their customer service was excellent in responding & keeping me informed which gave me piece of mind. They were fair & very generous & compensating & I received a discount code for my next purchase. I ordered late November and due to the demand in RM service it was something beyond the companies control once received by the courier.
The quality of the product is outstanding & the pictures on the website did not give it justice. I felt at first it was a little pricey but exactly what I was looking for & couldn’t find elsewhere, but it’s definitely quality for money. Worth every penny. I love, love, love it. Thank you. I can’t wait to put it on my sofa when it arrives in a few days.
Very satisfied & excited to shop with them again. Thank you 😊

Terrible packaging, item okay 👍🏼
My product arrived in awful packaging due to it travelling a long way from China I assume? Luckily the item was not damaged in any way. I probably would of ordered the item direct from China (AliExpress or something) if I had known and saved myself some money as I believe this is a drop shipping site. None the less, customer service was good and the item wasn’t damaged.

We are clear that our products come from suppliers all over the world (UK, EU and the Far East) and unfortunately in transit the outer packaging can on occasion get a little damaged, particularly on longer journeys; but I am glad to hear that the products ultimately arrived safely and we will take your feedback on-board.

Poor service overall
Ordered three glass jars for best part of £100. Waited an age for them to come- way longer than advertised. Company refunded me ten per cent less VAT for the wait. Fair enough. They came the day before yesterday. Inadequately packaged so one was smashed in the box. E mailed immediately with a photo. Been offered a replacement but no response when I asked for a timescale. Alternative appears to be that I must repackage the two undamaged ones and make my own arrangements, at my expense, to return them before I obtain a full refund.
Very disappointed by such poor service and won’t be shopping with this site again.

It’s entirety despite having just been threatened by a customer service adviser with their “legal team” whoever they are. Noted another dissatisfied customer was accused of libel by them. Great customer service ethos!
Funny how I suddenly got a reply almost immediately after I posted my review when radio silence prevailed beforehand. Still none the wiser how to make the return- no advice given despite the request.

A very disappointing and misleading review. From our other reviews I hope that customers can see the majority of our customers are happy with the service and products they receive and we go above and beyond to fix any issues.
Regarding this order - You purchased three of the same item which are sold individually and not as a set. We immediately offered a replacement for the damaged single item or a full refund if the other two were returned to us. Perfectly reasonably you asked for an ETA for the replacement but gave us less than 24 hours to respond. As per the email we sent separately to this response, we are getting back to everyone as quickly as possible and in the order that requests/questions have come through.
Your statement about late delivery is entirely untrue. Whilst delivery occurred towards the end of the communicated window it was delivered within the advertised timeframe. The partial refund was given purely as goodwill as you were unhappy and not for late delivery.
The requirement to pay for the return shipping is part of the terms and conditions that you agreed to but for some reason no longer think should apply to you. Additionally we already provide customers shipping labels for returns.
We have already agreed to refund the damaged item as we did from the start and we will provide a full refund for the remaining items once returned.
You were indeed advised how to return the items but you insisted that you should not have to follow the terms agreed to at the point of purchase. The option to return the other two is still open and has never not been an offered. Damaged item was refunded entirely.
