Love the feel & fit. Great quality, wash well. No horrible dig in at edges, looks very smooth. Although they aren’t designed to hold you in they do improve overall look & super comfy for every day wear. Extremely quick delivery turnaround. Expensive price point so look to take advantage of bundle buys

I cannot comment on the underwear as I returned it - the cut and shape was not to my liking.

The customer service however is terrible.
Order never shipped, had to chase.
Filled out a return form online - never received the label, had to chase.
Sent order back, never received a refund, had to chase.

Even if this was the underwear of my dreams I would not recommend purchasing from them until they sort out their systems that prevent customers from having to chase for every little thing. It's annoying, inconvenient and a total waste of time.

Sadly disappointed this time. I have the blue thongs from a couple years ago and they are still the comfiest underwear I own. This time I’ve tried the cheeky, high waisted and everyday pants, I’m not sure if they’ve changed something but I’m finding them so uncomfortable in comparison to the ones I had already. I’ve also found the pants are stretching and moving about which is just so overstimulating :(! So gutted as they are not cheap and washed them all before wearing so cannot return

Very comfortable underwear...I've tried the Everyday underwear which is very comfortable and breathable, and the sports thongs which I like as they are quite robust. Good quality items, though quite expensive...I update my underwear collection during the sales. Always arrived quickly and well packaged

Really easy purchase and delivery. I paid using Apple Pay online and received updates regarding delivery along the way.

As for the products themselves, I bought two of the gym workout thongs plus a cheeky. Sizing is perfect and sits nicely under my leggings without it digging into my hips. I’m not usually a thong-wearer as I’ve never found a great pair but with these I didn’t have a second thought after I put them on. I would recommend!!

The underwear is really good quality and micro modal is incredibly comfortable. I just wish the workout tank was not made of nylon. For the rest, it is great.
