I recently ordered some bird accessories and one of the items happened to show as 'in stock' when it wasn't. The Vet Shed team went out of their way to ensure I was kept up to date on when the out of stock item would arrive and I recieved all of my items in a timely manner. Pleased to say I was happy with the overall experience and I have some very happy birds!

I have not received my parcel or any communication, not even a receipt of order or tracking number

Ordered for the first time on the 25th Jan and still havnt received my order . Delivery is saying on shop app that it won’t be til between the 3rd and the 6th feb .
Disappointed as I didn’t think it would take this long , if I had of known I would have driven to vets to collect myself . Called and spoke to office and was told it would be here tues or weds it’s now Thursday 1wk later and I’m looking at next wk for delivery. I have a young new puppy that needed this by today .

I have been buying from this shop for a number of years now, their pet products are always fresh & clean, & well packed.
Shipping is usually quick although this Xmas they are a little slow in getting my order sent.

Curcupets on special at a good price. Communication from purchase to delivery time was good. A good company to deal with.

Easy website to use and order goods. Goods arrived within a couple of days of ordering online with good communication via email of where the order was up to. Competitively priced as well. Have used them a few times to order products.

Well, I received everything I ordered, competitive pricing, shipping took a while, but when you realised the delay, I was sent my goods over night. No complaints. Its refreshing to have great service. Ill be back ;)

Better couriers still not received my parcel in WA
Tracking goes from Sydney to Brisbane then states it's in Adelaide think they are lost in Eastern states

My parcel is not at home by 6/9 its at Post office to collect which is not convenient…
I stated in Delivery notes - pls leave on front porch near pot plants if I’m not home !
