Great wee shop
Great wee shop , fast delivery , lots of sweets for the money , defo recommend to anyone looking for sweets , also ordered the parkhead balls as I had never heard of them before

Still haven’t received my order placed on the 2nd September and paid for delivery being within 1/2 working days.
Haven’t heard anything to tell me what is going on with my order at all.

As our website states we are closed until 12th September by the means of a banner at the top of the website where you can click for more details.
This is also again recapped as a message at checkout and on email correspondence that we are closed until the 12th.
We would like to apologise if you missed this information, we have also replied to your email & cancelled your order and issued a full refund. We also included screenshots of how this information is displayed on our website for your reference and these have been on display throughout our time away.

Ordered £60 worth of sweets from this…
Ordered £60 worth of sweets from this site, they arrived fine but most were out of date by over a year.
I contacted the company to ask about this which they responded and showed that I had ordered from a clearance section so the items would be near the best before date.
As they are sweets I would not mind them being slightly out of date, but with the majority being over a year out of date I felt like this was too much.
The jolly ranchers were all good though!

The order was exactly what I wanted and received in a good time scale considering 2 bank holidays.
The only thing I would say is the fact the sweets came in a box a little too large with no inside packaging so they were rattling sound inside.
Nothing broken and doesn’t stop me purchasing again. I do understand looking out for the environment but maybe a little shredded recycled material just to keep items secure.
I hope it doesn’t sound like I’m being picky they were a gift and it’s only a small bit of feedback no other issues whatsoever.
Overall excellent service fab sweets and great selection to choose from. Thank you so much will be ordering again.

Very happy to hear your goodies arrived quickly with the bank holidays.
We use a different variety of box sizes and we actively look for ways to reduce our carbon footprint and be as eco friendly as we can. We do have smaller shipping boxes on order which will be ideal for those wee sweeties :)
We will certainly take your comments onboard as we are always looking to improve where we can and we look forward to being at your sweet service in the not too distant future.
