Still haven't received my parcel and it's now the 2nd of April.
Why send parcels second class?

Hi Claire,
It is disappointing to hear that your parcel hasn’t arrived yet.
As per our previous email your order was dispatched 27th March which was the next business day from you placing your order.
We offer a variety of shipping methods and YOU selected Royal Mail Second Class, which is the shipping method we used. If you wanted your order to arrive quicker or with tracking we offer DPD Next Day Delivery and also Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 options however you did not select these.
As we mentioned previously Royal Mail are unable to accept a claim for a lost or delayed parcel until 10 working days have passed since dispatch, which is unfortunately outside of our control.
Your review on our service is uncalled for considering we dispatched your order the next working day, and used the shipping method you selected.
Courier delays can and do happen from time to time but unfortunately they are out of our control.
If your order still has not arrived within the 10 working days since dispatch we can launch a claim with Royal Mail who are able to track your order internally via the parcels unique QR code.
So please get in touch if it has still not arrived within this time and we will be happy to assist you further.

Incorrectly charged me for shipping then cancelled
Ordered some Gatorade. A few days later got an email saying I needed to give them £3 more shipping. A few minutes later they cancelled the order. It was my first time ordering and my last.
Edit: looks like I may have got my dates wrong according to the shop reply. This does not change my bad experience and the shipping rules they have in place are not explained at checkout. If anyone does order from here please note what they have said below.
Really nice tone on them as well, has not change my opinion about shopping with them.

What you have stated in your review is factually incorrect - COMPLETELY! So let us state the facts for you.
You placed your order 25th February 13:04.
You selected Royal Mail Second Class Parcel as your desired shipping method which as stated at checkout terms apply (weight and size restrictions).
The items you selected weighed approx 4kg which does not meet the requirements of Royal Mail Small Parcel.
If your desired shipping method does not meet the requirements of the courier partners you selected, we will reach out to advise and ask how you wish to proceed. Which is what we done in this instance.
You were emailed SAME DAY, YES SAME DAY, NOT DAYS LATER on 25th February 21:16 to advise your order was too heavy to be sent with your selected shipping method.
We gave you two options, to pay an additional £3 to have your order shipped via DPD Next Day or to cancel your order free of charge. Even up until this point we have NEVER had a response from you to advise how you wished to proceed, just this untrue and exaggerated review.
Due to no reply we cancelled your order 26th February 22:24, which is more than 24hrs after we had reached out to you to see how you wanted to proceed. This is 24 HOURS AFTER WE EMAILED YOU, NOT MINUTES LATER!
Whilst we understand this may be frustrating we would appreciate if you would be completely truthful when leaving a review as what you’ve stated is completely incorrect and exaggerated and you may wish to familiarise yourself with legislation surrounding FALSE reviews now in the U.K. as a business we sometimes get it wrong and for that we own up and put things right, these types of reviews are an unfortunate consequence of business, your review on the other hand is completely in-factual and malicious with the intent to cause repute damage to our reputation and for this reason we therefore give you the opportunity to rectify your review with a factual timeline or delete it!

I was a little disappointed with the…
I was a little disappointed with the delivery. Ordered on the Wednesday on the 6.99 delivery and they didn’t arrive until the following Tuesday. I had bought as a Valentine’s present, and whilst they did arrive on Valentine’s Day, it would have been nice to have them to give in the morning.
Apart from that I was very pleased with my order.
