I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Ariba, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I walked into her office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Ariba is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely caring and attentive to her patients' needs.

She took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options, making sure I understood every aspect of my care. I never felt rushed during our appointments, and she was always willing to answer any questions I had. Her compassionate approach and attention to detail truly set her apart from other doctors I’ve seen.

Dr. Ariba’s office staff is equally amazing—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. The overall experience was seamless and stress-free.

I have been under the care of the clinic now for a number of months, and they have offered complete flexibility with making appointments, switching between their two clinics in person, and offering remote appointments. I've lost over 3 stone so far, when nothing else was working any more. Dr Ariba has been incredibly supportive the whole time. I recommend the clinic to anyone who is struggling to lose weight.

Fab doctors. Listen to your needs and assess carefully. Best decision I’ve made as I had lost two stone over 2 years on slimming world but the last bit of weight wouldn’t budge. I am almost at my goal weight and have referred a few friends to the clinic!

They were all really friendly and helpful, made me feel at ease when I asked questions about the tablets. Started taking them and iv lost weight more than I expected on the 1st dose and I have more room in my jeans lol

Nice clinic to attend. Alll staff are friendly and professional and make you feel welcome. A male member on reception went above and beyond to help me today with parking. This experience was both an efficient and first-class service.

I previously had to stop taking weight oss tablets as my BP had risen to a high level. After receiving numerous special offer texts I returned to the Cardiff clinic and asked if the Dr get I could try a different tablet. I asked for a week or two but was given a month's supply and told to monitor my BP. After 4 days I rang to say my BP was high, the Dr said it's not too bad carry on taking them and call again if I'm worried. By day 6 I felt so unwell, giddy and pounding headache, I called again as BP had increased again . The Dr said she agreed I should stop taking pills. Refund? No chance, offered 20% off the injections if I wanted to try that!
Pills thrown out. Total waste of money.

Excellent customer service and the results have been great. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been visiting the Cardiff Clinic
I have now had three visits to the weight loss clinic and the service has been great every time. I have always been given time to ask questions and get advice. After struggling to control my weight I finally feel back in control. I’ve lost 3 half stone and I’m over the moon. I have another 6lb to lose and I will be at my target. I am looking forward to reaching my goal. Hopefully this will be the last time I will be over weight.

In total I have now lost 6 stone taking phentamine since December! The team at the clinic from reception to the doctors have been a massive support throughout the whole process, but also helped with some other symptoms linked to a long term condition! Always feel really looked after!

I felt heard . Dr Ariba listened to me and we worked out a plan . I was monitored well .

Everyone at the clinic is friendly and helpful, the weight is coming off, iv had no side effects and im feeling really good. Hopefully in another month or so I will get to my target weight

I visited here around 1 month ago and was very nervous. Dr Ariba was excellent and made me feel completely at ease, she talked me through the process, possible side effects and results I could expect. She is very professional and made me feel confident about the medication. Really happy with results.

Really nice staff and doctors, easy to contact by WhatsApp if needed and super responsive! Consultation is really clear and thorough, I left knowing everything I needed to know to make sure this was the right program for me. Only been on the program for a couple weeks but have already seen results.

Helpful professional advice. It takes time and you need to take your part. Im very happy with the support and advice
