My machine stopped working I sent an email and got a response straight away. They are sending me a replacement device no quibbling thanks for the great service Erika. Only rating as 4 stars as I have only just been in touch with them and the replacement is on its way not in my hands as yet!

Although I haven’t used the unit much I was going to cancel my subscription to the oil. Kristina gave me great advice and helped me to pause my subscription for the foreseeable and she also gave me a link to a dieting tips page. I’m going to start using it again now. Thank you Kristina!

Terrible customer service and poor quality device. Cheap chinese goods not quality Nordic products as advise. Long delivery times and poor quality heavy massager. Not ergonomic at all, heavy to hold and extremely loud. Plug attached which makes device even more awkward to use. I was not sent pads and box without oil so not happy. Advised from day 1 that concerned about poor quality of product. Product not as described so free return should be actioned as per Australian law. Scam. Do not waste your money

Beware this Nordic sculpt is bulky and…

Beware this Nordic sculpt is bulky and heavy to hold especially while vibrating.
If you have arthritis or fibromyalgia this unit maybe too difficult for you to grip and hold. It’s a cheap plastic unit with a foam head that you put a Smart Cover over which is fluffy. Cannot see how this would help with toning! I realised this when I opened the box excited to use it for the first time which I could not when I lifted it from its box. Customer service replied quickly but offered me 10% off to keep the unit. That’s ridiculous I paid £79. Return Shipping is to China and to be paid by the customer so with tariff and taxes returning the unit I will be lucky to see £20 back of what I paid. Be careful before ordering, consider it all before paying.
Facebook ads can be misleading costing you in time stress and being left out of pocket in these very difficult times.

I did have issues with receiving and the tracking of my order but Erika on the customer service team was quick and very responsive with my concerns. i received my order and happy with just a few uses i see already a difference. cant wait to continue the use and see more results.

The machine itself is incredible… used…

The machine itself is incredible… used it around 5-6 times I week on my stomach & bum and honestly i really didn’t expect the results I got in just 3weeks. However, I think the machine over heated which then stopped working. This was very unfortunate for me as I was preparing for a holiday. But the customer service I received was second to none! Was replied to almost instantly and had a replacement sent out as soon as possible, even updated me every step of the way regarding delivery and where my product was for me to collect. This is very rare with online shopping and I am so grateful for their help. Thank you very much Jhon! You have been amazing. Keep up the good work x

Delivery took a while but customer…

Delivery took a while but customer service was very good. They kept communicating with me through out the process and assured me that I will receive my package within due time. I got my order intact with no damage and I’m looking forward to using it.😊

Repeated Delays, No Transparency, Eventually Requested Refund

I really wanted to like this company and was genuinely excited to receive my order, which is why I continued waiting for over 6 weeks rather than cancelling immediately. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

After placing and paying for my order, I repeatedly had to chase customer service myself for updates. Throughout the process, I was given multiple dispatch timelines and reassurances by different team members, all of which passed without the order actually being shipped.

The most frustrating part was the lack of clear and proactive communication. I completely understand that stock delays and manufacturing issues can happen, especially for popular products, but customers should be informed honestly and consistently rather than being given shifting timelines over several weeks.

What also raised concern for me was that the products continued to appear available for purchase on the website throughout this period, despite customer service repeatedly explaining there were stock shortages and allocation delays.

To be fair, the customer service representatives themselves were polite, responsive, and apologetic throughout the process, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, the fulfilment process, communication, and transparency overall were not acceptable for an order that remained unresolved for over 6 weeks and ultimately resulted in me requesting a full refund.

I hope the company improves its stock transparency and customer communication moving forward, as the experience unfortunately damaged my confidence in ordering from them again.
