Pippa is a genius and a ball of energy. I was despairing over never losing my lockdown weight gain -10 kilos - and she has enthusiastically guided me through it with common sense, humour, understanding and massive motivation. I know how to eat and what to eat and when to eat and have lost 8.5 kilos since early May. She has given me inspiration over what to do after a’bad’ day and I have not missed food I thought I relied on because they weren’t sugar - potatoes, bread, butter, nuts, crisps etc. The negative noise chatter in my head has gone and I am calm about my eating habits for the first time in years and also looking so much better with lots of compliments. About 8 weeks ago I tore a ligament in my knee – so annoying, especially since its prevented me from doing much exercise apart from walking and upper body exercises. But slowly slowly its improving so Ive now caught up on three of Pippa's classes and I just wanted to say how much im enjoying them. She’s so good and Im really happy giving my body that boost most mornings for half an hour. So a huge thank you from me.

I have just been to visit Pippa in her new clinic and had a session of fat freezing on some of the bits on my body that were being tryingly slow to diminish in size. It was a pleasant experience and took about 35 minutes for each area, completely pain free and un invasive. Pippa did the treatment herself which was lovely as I got to meet her as I live in Italy. She has a font of nutrional knowledge to help me continue with my new way of life. Many thanks for all your help.

After struggling with my weight all my life and feeling so confused about who to listen to, finally in my mid 50s (with Hashimoto’s disease making my weight gain worse and worse ) I’ve found Pippa and I lost 18kg with ease with her expert guidance. I can't really begin to explain how much Pippa has changed my life. Working with Pippa has been one of the best things I have ever done. Following treatment for breast cancer I wanted to give my body the best chance of moving forward on a healthy path. I have lost weight without pills or injections. Just healthy eating of delicious fresh foods. I have learnt what and when to eat along with how to add an easy to follow exercise plan. I look and feel the best I have in ages and am the same weight three months after finishing the program. I would highly recommend.

Paid for access to online content and twelve private consultations with the nutritionist. Received fittness videos that I cannot access (you need an instagram account). The online videos were made in lock down and are available on YouTube.
Unfortunately could not proceed with the private consultations due to ill health, therefore ask for a refund and was told that owe the online content and that they put my accounton hold until I can proceed.
In short I paid alot of money with no sign of a refund, and the have not replied to my last email.
