Sell you full size wheel as a spare and tell you it’s fully compatible.
But then once you bought it suddenly they say it’s only to be used in emergency.
What is the point of buying it.
Just wasted my money and time.

Ordered a space saver wheel after a harrowing motorway recovery following a blow out. Price was competitive and delivery was quick, as were before purchase communication response times. Soon after the space saver's arrival I had the car (a Vauxhall Grandland X) MOT'd and I asked the garage to test fit the space saver. The garage stated that the space saver was fine except that the car's alloy wheel studs were not compatible meaning that the steel space saver did not mount correctly or safely. After discussions with Wheel Shop they sent some new studs free of charge. The garage has since deemed these new studs to be fine. It is recommended to test fit a purchased space saver before having to use it in anger. Wheel Shop's after purchase customer service was excellent.

What an excellent product. Having just experienced a puncture which cost me a nearly new tyre because of the sealant used by the recovery service to get me back on the road, I decided to invest in a space saver tyre for my Kia Sportage.
Very competitively priced and the wheel plus accessories were received within a few days of placing my order.
In my opinion an excellent product for peace of mind. Wheelshop have an easy to navigate website compared to others that I checked out.

I have used The Wheel Shop twice now and still highly recommend them, I went in this time for a full spare and jack kit but I didn’t have the tyre size with me and I’d ordered the wrong size, Sarah was amazing, she took time to search my wife’s car and trace the correct tyre size needed and I got a refund for the difference, the entire team go out of their way to help you and make the whole purchase smooth and easy, I can’t praise them enough and will continue to use them for all my tyre needs

I ordered online 1 space saver kit for collection it just so happen I was in the area the same day so called in I was told orders usually take 24 hours to process but she said as it is a popular make of car she would go and speak to the warehouse 5 minutes later she was back with the order minus the wheel 2 minutes later a warehouse operative came in with the wheel.

Just a note to say my car is a very popular model and they have plenty of space saver kits in the warehouse for them if they didn't have the full kit in stock I would have had to return the following day, full size tyres and rarer car wheels would take longer to process due to limited warehouse space.
I would also recommend ringing before traveling to collect a order.

I bought a car that didn't come with a spare wheel so wanted to get one as soon as possible. I found The Wheel Shop in a quick Google search. I just put in my reg number and it immediately showed all the options for my car. I was able to get a full size spare wheel with all of the tools needed to do a roadside tyre change for a very reasonable price. I chose the free delivery option which was shown to be 3-5 working days. I placed my order on a Friday and it was delivered by Monday evening. It was very well packaged and everything was really good quality. If I'm ever in need of another spare wheel I would not hesitate to buy from here again.

Ordered the wrong wheel on ebay, new car owner and didnt understand the differences between them. Phoned up and they helped me cancel and re-order the correct wheel, very helpful and would recommend phoning and ordering from website rather than ebay.
