Made an online purchase which was very easy, receive the products well on time, and I was very happy.

We ordered a spacesaver/car jack pack which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, we couldn't fit wheel in boot of our Mazda MX5 - not the company's fault, we assumed it was a collapsible tyre. I telephoned and explained our predicament; they arranged for collection with complete understanding shown and no problems whatsoever; the refund arrived very promptly... so refreshing to deal with such a professional and helpful company... we'd give ten stars if we could and will certainly bear this company in mind for the future !!!

I had a fault on a wheel they supplied and rang thier shop to report this. I received a most polite and efficient response, in fact they collected and delivered a new one within 3 days, I was very impressed with thier after sales service. I will definately use this firm again. 10/10

Excellent company, I ordered an 18” space saver wheel for my car, Very easy to order online but called the wheelshop to confirm a few details and the person I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable about the dimensions of the wheel, The order said 3 to 5 day to deliver and arrived in two days, A very happy customer 😁

Ordered a spare for a 2020 Volvo XC40. All good quality parts, Jack, wrench etc. Dropped straight into boot space. Fast DHL delivery. Recommend.

Unfortunately the company have opted to use DHL as their carrier. I paid for express delivery and DHL failed to turn up during estimated time slot and then lied to say they couldn’t access the property. I was home all day and have a ring door bell. I even got family over during school run, inconveniencing my parents, for an Urgent delivery that never arrived.

I recently purchased a new car and most cars do not come with a spare wheel anymore,I went online and found the wheelshop, I found them reasonably priced, I spoke to them over the phone and found them very helpful, the spacesaver wheel arrived very quickly unfortunately the Courier damaged the box and the wheelbrace was missing,I spoke to
Kamila at the wheel shop,and she sent me out a replacement it arrived the following day fantastic service very happy would highly recommend

I ordered the wrong wheel and we managed to stop the DHL delivery - One week later the correct wheel arrived.

First the downside. I wanted a space saver for our Nissan Leaf Tekna and I wasn't sure what "Stud pattern 5 x 114.3" meant when reading the spec information so I emailed the company asking for clarification, unfortunately I never received a response. I have since spoken directly to the company and they have apologised for the lack of communication but state they have no receipt of my email either in in-box or spam folder. These things do happen!

Now the plus side. Having not received an email from the company I did my own research and solved the issue I was having and having read the reviews from other customers still ordered from The Wheel Shop. I have to say that the service was excellent. I ordered on 23rd Feb and it arrived about an hour ago 25th Feb. The wheel was as described on the web site, second hand but unused and it came with a jack and spanner both in their respective storage bags, I also purchased a cover for the wheel and found that it was of good quality and fit the spare wheel nice and snug plus the jack and spanner fit inside the well of the wheel and inside the wheel cover. I am really pleased with my purchase in spite of the email faux-pas and I would gladly recommend the wheel shop to anyone.

We ordered a space saver tyre it came 2 days later and for the price we got everything we needed to change the tyre, fantastic price and excellent service the guy who delivered it was very polite and pleasant.

I really can’t fault The Wheelshop. I was recommended them by the dealership I bought my car from and they came up trumps. First the cost, very reasonable. Second, the speed at which it was delivered. I ordered online at the weekend, it was delivered Tuesday morning, from Manchester to Essex.
Finally the website itself is very easy to use and the FAQs are precise and relevant.
I will happily order from them again, excellent service.

Very quick service. Excellent product but (no fault of Wheelshop) the product did not do what I expected. Return of item was straight forward and I was reimbursed the day that they received it.

Brilliant service had a mix up with the size but the lady i spoke to was very helpful she just cancelled the order,reimbursed me,went back online and reordered.spare wheel and kit looks really good and good delivery service cheers

I genuinely thought this sort of service was lost years ago. Awesome product,price,posting etc etc
When needed to return due to my decision they sorted with no issues.
If I could give them 10stars I would.
