I regularly order from the Wine Flyer and had never had a problem. On this order I was expecting 2 cases but only 1 arrived . The DPD delivery driver said he had seen 2 cases for me 2 days earlier whe... Voir plus

Said if I spent over £100 I got free next day delivery but still got charged the postage and it came after the date I really required. I used Avios to pay for some but that shouldn’t make a differenc... Voir plus

Just as well that the wine was so well packed to survive its delivery! Quite clearly labelled Wine Flyer but the delivery driver decided to not throw it but heftily deliver the box on its side!

One of the selections was short
One of the selections. from my case was one bottle short . This was supplemented by a third bottle of the other selections .

many thanks for your feedback, I am sorry that we needed to substitute one bottle on this occasion, we try not to substitute when selling our prebuilt cases but occasionally stock levels make this necessary. We mention on site that occasionally this is necessary and we are always careful to include something that is either already something you have ordered or matches the general tone of the case.

Service seemed a bit slower this time and arrived without any paperwork which is odd for WF. Have bought these wines before so no surprise. Quality is always good.
