Absolutely excellent company! A pleasure to make purchases with, the ordering system is simple and they will personally call you with updates/delivery windows. I've rarely, if ever met with such superb customer service, especially in the nebulous and sometimes impersonal realm of Internet retail. I have had the pleasure of purchasing from this store on three occasions over the past two weeks and each experience has been an absolute pleasure.

I have ordered non restricted goods twice and each order has been processed and dispatched in a very timely manner, being securely packaged and delivered in the condition in which they were posted.

I have also purchased restricted items on one occasion so far and opted for the free home delivery service, which again was flawless. I was informed of each stage of the process and contacted by text and personal phone calls in order to advise me of the day and approximate time (two hour window) of delivery. On the day of delivery my order was delivered as stated by Andy who was very courteous and continued with the professional and friendly approach I had received so far (Thanks Andy).

All goods are of the highest quality and every aspect of service is outstanding.

Really easy company to use online, no nonsense and great customer service. They personally contact you to verify the purchase abd delivery and do so really well. The driver who dropped off the parcel was dedicated to the company and dies nationwide drop offs. His name was Andy and he was a really nice bloke. He shook my hand and we had a really good chat on the drive. He even helped me with my dog who decided she was going to escape from the house while we chatting! Fantastic customer service, staff who clearly love their jobs and the company. Independent small company that manages to keep prices competitive abd provide speedy delivery bang on time. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!

For me it’s not just the best gun shop I have brought from I’d say it’s just the best experience I have had from any online purchases.
Had multiple text messages and emails telling me everything and even had a phone call making sure everything was ok, I’ve never had that before.

But what I will say is that this is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with & that is not an exaggeration.
