Purchasing was easy, selection is fairly good but, the screen portion of the cover will not stay on. The back does, no problem, every time I open the phone, the screen portion comes off. Very frustrating. Any suggestions?

Broke after a week, long shipping delays, overpriced... Got caught by the important digital marketing presence. Don't do the same. No willingness nor signs they will actually reply to my complaint.

Extremely happy with the gold flip case. Looks great and holds together nicely on the phone. I will purchase again in the future when I want a different style.

Good quality case but falls down on the side with the buttons, even with the sticky tape peeled off. Long shipping time.

So Far so good. However, it seems to block my Samsung charger stand so it doesn't charge there. This didn't happen with my Samsung case . Have had it2 weeks. Quality not an issue besides charging

The Case Broke Soon As It Was Placed On

The case binds when it opens and restricts the phone. I have had to tighten the screws multiple times within the first 2 weeks of having the case. Will be putting lock tight on them when I get the chance. The Coloring is already wearing off in multiple places.

Absolutely terrible!!!! Took two an half months to receive after multiple delays cause "they didn't have the color ". Now I finally recived it and it's
1. Not the color I wanted
2. It was recived broken!!!
The customer service was absolutely terrible and I just feel like this whole thing was a scam... so crazy

I wanted to return it, but I had to pay for shipping to China, which was very expensive, so it wasn't worth it and I don't recommend it.

Good quality case. Lost the tracking but arrived quickly. Over all very happy about this purchase.

Overall I am pleased with my purchase of the Z Flip Case for my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8 phone. The case arrived without undue delay and was not difficult to install. It is attractive and the fold out ring stand a useful feature lacking in my previous case. It does not hinder slipping the phone easily in or out of my pocket.
My only caveat which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is the hinge which was difficult to operate the first few days preventing the phone from opening fully flat. However after a few days the action seemed to loosen and I have less difficulty unfolding the phone fully on the first attempt.
The case is an improvement over my previous case which would occasionally remain lodged in my pocket when extracting the phone.

Slow shipping, took almost three weeks to arrive. The product itself is pure junk...not anywhere near the $40 I paid for it. The fabric (faux leather) is peeling off on the back after less than a week of use. I will never order from this company again.

I accidentally dropped my phone yesterday from about 5' to a concrete floor. My z flip phone survived. I like the feel and looks of this case as well. I have had a few compliments from others. Delivery was a couple of weeks, which is what I had expected.

Happy with my purchase. Slick design. It looks premium.

It broke after around 2 weeks…..no real protection

Phone inexplicably turned itself off after about 4 weeks of use. Cannot hard reset or do anything it seems to get to reactivate, so have had to return it for an exchange unit. It is incredibly frustrating to read that this fault is common in these phones - pity nothing came up about it before I bought it! Again, because the way mobile insinuate themselves into everything I am now temporarily without means to pay for anything, or do a load of things. It is a lesson I shall not forget.

Firstly there is no Customer Support or Service so if you have a question don't expect an answer. All I received was more marketing emails.
My case cover colour was a washed out Blue so disappointed.
My screen protector came loose in the box & no instructions or said clothes/wipes to apply.
And as i had opened my package i couldn't return it!
Very disappointed 😞

Love the colour and quality but find it too heavy and bulky with the wallet attached. Consequently, it won't fit into a pocket. Shame.
