Positive!
Overall, I had a great experience with Think Employment.
I enrolled in the Level 3 Data Analytics course, which was very well run considering it’s fully remote. The enrolment process was straightforward, the live sessions were well organised, and the timetable was thoughtfully planned. The online platform isn’t great, but it keeps all the information in one place — and it’s clear that improvements are being made all the time.
The course provides a solid starting point for anyone looking to move into data analytics. It covers different areas and quite practical if you have never use any of the tools.
Our tutor, Andy, was highly experienced and knowledgeable in the subject. He was patient when answering questions during the live sessions and provided excellent support afterwards as well.
Career Advisor Matt was also very responsive to emails and supportive throughout the course. (Although I did find that some tutors were not as strong as others.)
My only suggestion would be to make the assessment information a little clearer at the start of the course. It would also be great to have a WhatsApp group or similar platform so that learners can communicate and support each other. (This may have changed since I joined, but at the time there wasn’t any communication set up between learners.)
It’s fantastic that the course is completely free, and the learners were all enthusiastic and motivated. People from different backgrounds and age groups came together to learn, which was truly inspiring to see.

Waste of time and public funds
Wasted so much time on it! Signed up for a course SEN. Once funding obtained, I was left alone with the digital course, kept submitting my assignments for several weeks, but no one was checking on the other side. No feedback, no meaningful communication, just automated reminders.
I thought it must be a scam and eventually gave up! The online course itself is repetitive and bland, it feels like a copy-and-paste job.

So glad I found this course!!
Knowledgeable and informative sign up process. Explained in great detail their expectations of learners and also what support would be available. Plenty of opportunities to state what support may or may not be needed and reassured that at any point can reach out. Flexible timetable, my only negative was that although the timetable is flexible, there is a order to which the sessions have to be completed and this was not made clear until the phone call. It is absolutely reasonable and made very clear before you commit, this would be my only negative. The tutors are friendly and explain everything very clearly. Made me feel very comfortable during the sessions and supported which helped me to overcome anxiety around speaking out to other learners.

Although I haven't yet completed my course, I cannot fault Think Employment for the service they are already provided. Any and all queries have been answered and resolved within 24-48 hours, the staff are kind, friendly and attentive to any questions or ideas you input in lessons, overall they have created a very welcoming environment.
I had a family emergency on my original start date, I rang Think Employment as well as sent an email explaining the situation and my apologies, I found they were more than accommodating and ensured I felt at ease with the solution. Again an amazing service provided.

Oliver Cheetham is a legend!
Started my journey with think employment in January of 2025. In my very first Zoom class, the tutor (Oliver Cheetham) made everyone feel so relaxed as most of us were coming from different sectors.
Oliver's classes were always fun, there was no question you could not ask. He gave everyone the freedom to express and made learning a new skill pleasurable.

It was very good I learnt a lot in short time, I know it was a bit stressful in terms of trying to catch up with live sessions and assignment, but the tutors were very professional and kind especially Alice.

Best learning experience
I would like to say that my Career Action Coach , Shan truly made my deaf learning journey so beautiful. Right from the start , through middle and even towards end of the course review , her calls gave me so much motivation. I had many confusions and worries about my mental health , and my learning during the course but Shan patiently guided me through every single one . I must say Shan has an outstanding communication skills, incredibly patient, and very supportive personality. She has the gift of making people feel special heard and values. I am so grateful for everything she has done for me Thank you Think employment.

… the best experience I had.
That was a great opportunity to reach out, and was the best experience I had. The learning schedule is well organised and insightful. The teachers are deferential, regardful and amazingly helpful. I truly enjoyed the program and learnt loads of insights. I must very much thank my teachers Andy and Tim for delivering the course in excellence.

Professional, practical, and genuinely supportive tutors.
I have just completed the Level 2 Teaching Assistant course with Think Employment and I am genuinely impressed. The content is clear, relevant, and very easy to follow. Tutors are supportive, responsive, and provide constructive feedback that actually helps you improve. The online platform is easy to navigate, deadlines are reasonable, and the learning resources are practical and up-to-date.
I finished the course feeling confident, better organised, and ready to support learning effectively. Excellent value, excellent guidance, and excellent outcomes. I would happily recommend Think Employment to anyone wanting to gain new qualification or to upgrade existing one.
Thank you 😊

Great support and guidance!
I’ve had a fantastic experience with Think Employment—from my very first call with Andrea to the ongoing support I received from my tutor, Adele. Adele was incredibly responsive, whenever I had a question, she replied promptly and pointed me in the right direction. Thanks to her guidance, and efficient marking, I was able to complete my qualification well ahead of the planned end date. Andrea was also brilliant, offering helpful advice and suggestions that supported me in getting a job offer.
The learning material could do with an update and maybe some more interactive content, but I managed to get what I needed from the course thanks to Adele and Andrea's advice and support.

Great classes and tutors, frustrating marking process
I have just completed my level 3 bootcamp TA course, I absolutely loved my experience the classes were very informative and hearing different perspectives in the group discussions help to add an extra element of flare. It was intense and assignments took a lot of time and effort but I feel I have gained a lot of knowledge and understanding for the role I want to apply for. Unfortunately I have had to knock a star off as the marking process of assignments is frustrating to say the least. My tutor has been great always responsive when I need her and supportive, as have all 3 of the ladies who run the classes, their interactions and informative teacher methods have been so well received, however there are 51 assignments to complete in total (which I have completed in my time frame) and I have only had 9 marked, the last one being 3 months ago. I feel this is not a reflection on my tutor but on their overall work load- running the classes, marking a lot of students at the same time and answering various quires just makes it impossible for them to keep up. It is frustrating as a student as if corrections are needed it makes it much harder to complete if it has been months since that specific topic was covered In a class, also why set end dates if the course it’s self can’t keep up? I think they maybe need to rethink their marking system as it seem unfair on both the tutors and the students.

The tutors are great. Marking takes a long time.
The tutors are great! Alice is a joy to listen to when she delivers her sessions. The content is ok but I think the sessions could be shorter as they do spend a lot of time on some areas that seemed to be a bit over the top. So many people on the sessions so the Q&A sections could take a very long time. The course is very intense and sometimes not the 16 weeks as advertised (12 weeks for some cohorts). On the whole a good course though.
My biggest gripe is the marking...This has no reflection on Alice she must have so many people to be marking for alongside delivering sessions. BUT I finished the course and questions by the deadline of 30th March. I am still having work marked 6 months later. I am very lucky that my employer is understanding.

My Experience with Think Employment.
My experience has been nothing but top quality. Anthony Bennett has been the light in the darkness.
He has consitently been keeping in contact with me on a regular basis, but not only that he has been maintaining contact but the informing of recruiter events is top tier.
One example is how there was a cyber security event, and anthony gave me every bit of advice on how to maximise my potential for employment.
I have nothing but goid things to say about Anthony Bennett and I hope anyone under his tutoring has a wonderful experimce as I did.

L3 Teaching assistant
I am currently completing a level 3 qualification in teaching assistant. I am really enjoying the course and have found all of my lessons to be informative and highly engaging, and very well structured. Louise, Alice and Emma who run the sessions are amazing!! They are friendly, approachable, and always happy to answer any questions or concerns as well us keeping everyone engaged. The course is very intense as it is a bootcamp but it is definitely worth doing highly recommend!! 😁

Amazing course
I was apprehensive when I started this course with it all being online and wasn’t sure on what support I would get. Within the first week I was given a great tutor Amiee who helped me every step of the way. Nothing was ever too for her and always went above and beyond. It wasn’t an easy course and with illnesses, toddler and a full time job it was hard at times and wanted to give up but yet I always had the support from Aimee!
Would highly recommend this course!

Great experience
I recently went through the Think Employment HGV course, and it was a very good experience. I’d like to praise a few people who stood out during my journey. One of them was Gill, a lady from recruitment, who was one of the most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with – very informative, polite, and supportive throughout the whole course.
I’d also like to mention Richard and Graham, both of whom were great. Richard especially provided me with such a wealth of information that it truly helped me pass my exams with flying colours.
Thank you to the entire Think Employment team for giving me this opportunity. Wishing all the best to the whole team!
