My experience was further ruined by poor communication, as I had to wait over 24 hours just to receive my login details and basic support. It feels like an tool that lacks the speed and user-friendliness needed for a professional workflow.

I enrolled on this course but asked to cancel only 2 days later, before the course had even started. I cancelled within the 14-day period, and my cancellation was accepted, so I believed I would receive my money back.
However, they kept my £120 deposit. I was not properly aware that this money would be non-refundable in this situation.
The reason I cancelled so quickly was because I read another customer’s review and became worried about the placement side of the course. I did not want to risk getting into a difficult situation, so I cancelled before starting anything.
I find it very unfair that they kept £120 when no course had started and no service had been provided to me. This experience has been very disappointing and has left me feeling that the process was not handled fairly or transparently

I looked at a few service providers before choosing my course, and your course was displayed in simple terms and easy to read. It gave you choices on which course you preferred to study, in which way and the length of time. It also gave you the choice if you required online studying only or have a work based study requirement. The communication from the course provider was amazing and the response was very prompt. They keep you informed every step of the way so you know exactly what you have to do, so you’re not alone. There prices of the courses are very competitive for what the course offers compared to some learner providers.

I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a career in health and social care.

The information needed about the course I registered for was detailed enough for me to enroll.

Although i haven't started the actual course, the experience so far has been outstanding, from seeing the course online, to getting lots of easy access information. Once I have completed the course i will leave another review.

This company have changed. I used to really enjoy using this company to study until 1. I found out a majority of the qualifications are not AQA accredited so your achievement is at best seen as continued professional development. Most level 3 and 4's are not recognised as an A level either here , majority of the courses are basically practice for higher education or to refresh knowledge.
And 2. I am currently on a course of theirs at a level 3. I have always completed level 3's and 4's after completing a degree with honors at university and I noticed the workload has increased so significantly here it is more than a level 5.
It requires 3 essays a week between 700 and 3000 words as it increases and all with independent research from multiple sources per essay....for a level 3 which is not an AQA accredited course, that workload is too high for this level and type of course. The course consists of 7 or 8 units with 10 to 11 essays within each . So if you are unwell or go on holiday etc be prepared for a heavy workload when you return to catch up.

Now if I walked into an interview for a position in this role at the bottom, this qualification still would not suffice in that role. That is important to know if you are looking at studying here to get a job in a certain field. Dont, as these courses can only be used as progression and practice for higher education. If you want a certain role you need to apply for a university or course recognised by the BPS if you are doing psychology. Many professions require qualifications that have specific guidelines to them to be deemed accepted. None of these courses are BPS accredited if you are doing psychology , so they will not suffice in a role within that field.

Now I thought maybe the workload had increased in line with new guidelines ( as GCSE's are now harder to pass due to new thresholds and A levels etc) however after a lot of research it seems that for a level 3 that is only recognised with some industries as CPD unless you have paid for a course that is AQA accredited or equivalent to this ( check this online ) the workload is too high. So I am now understanding why some.of these reviews are feeling frustrated as it seems they are also experiencing this and there is no time for a break.

I will not be completing another course after this. I will register with a company that offers courses with a higher accreditation with that type.of workload as it is not worth the money or time to complete courses that are only recognised as CPD or practice for access courses etc and spending full time on essays per week which is on top of life and family, I would rather achieve something higher with a workload that strenuous.

Also watch what month you register. You need to register in september or August ready for september because you can register at any time here and with that workload it would set you up to fail. I.e if you started in October or November you would be at a huge disadvantage and would struggle to keep up and most likely not finish the course which means you would have paid them all that money for nothing . I am also noticing that any negative reviews on here they are replying , with statements such as they dont recognise the person's username and are not registered with them... I would be very cautious about a reply like that as it is an easy way for companies to dismiss bad reviews and not be held accountable.

Overall I would be cautious when applying for a course with this company now. Make sure the qualification is what you want and if it is accredited , check who by and where it is recognised, as well as what it can offer you because in the UK majority of the time an AQA or NVQ are the only two which are universally recognised and will be accepted as a qualification to progress within the workplace. If you are studying psychology with the aim of becoming a councillor or psychologist you need to apply for a course that is BPS registered who will also register you on a list once you pass that ensures you are registered and recognised within the profession. There are none with this company. Ask about the workload , ask how much they expect I.e how many essays a week ( and how many words ) and keep copies of their reply for future reference. Shop around because the prices here are a bit much for courses that are CPD . You may get a course at the same or similar price which holds a higher qualification and you can do more with it. For example many CPD courses are free or are paid for by companies while you work there! So bear that in mind
