I couldn't fault the service from Thistle Boilers, it was faultless from start to finish. Thistle was quick to respond, the price was fair, process easy, install brilliant and boiler is working like a dream. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I can't recommend Thistle Boilers enough. Gary, JD and Rachel were all very nice to talk to. Job was done in half a day. New boiler fitted, new pipe work where needed, system flush and cleaned up afterwards including removal of old boiler. 10/10 guys!

Everything from start to finish was 10/10. Gary and the team at thistle were always very helpful and answered all my hundreds and thousands of questions as a first time home owner, with no idea about a boiler!! Nothing was ever too much hassle and the process was very smooth!

Contacted Thistle along with a few other companies as we needed a new boiler, Gary was the only one who came out and had a look on the day we phoned him and gave us a quote right away with availability within days, they weren't the cheapest quote but the other companies didn't give us alot of confidence and offered cheaper for cash in hand (off the books) which is not professional when getting something as important as a boiler fitted so we went with Thistle. JD came out yesterday and fitted our boiler, took him a good chunk of the day but he was friendly and has done a nice job, very happy to have a hot shower again and would recommend Thistle

Top service provided by the team at Thistle Boilers. My old boiler broke down on a Friday, Gary came to quote the job on a Saturday and I was back up and running again with a new boiler and cylinder on Wednesday. Pleased with the quick turnaround.

Brilliant service from coming out to quote to the job being finalised. Work was carried out very quickly and to a high standard. No mess to clean up and all really friendly workers. Would highly recommend.

Cannot praise this company enough, we bought my family home and we needed a whole new heating system, got quite a few quotes and thistle gave us the best feeling, very professional and informative and we decided to go with our gut instinct.
Called to organise installation which was done within a week, 2 really nice lads started on the Friday morning and by 1pm the next day it was fully installed and they removed and took away the old antiquated system that was there since the property was built! ...heating has been amazing! You absolutely won't be disappointed going with thistle..we are very happy and would highly recommend them!

Made a call and Gary came out to give me a quote within days. The boiler was fitted a few days later by JD lovely young man. He left taking all the rubbish with him and now my house is lovely and warm. Brilliant service.

One small minor, I asked JD to have a looks at my radiators as my controls were faulty. I think he forgot.

David and Taylor did a great job on installing my boiler no problems no mess and set up my thermostat so I didn’t need to set it myself four hours and everything was done great job thistle boilers recommend Gary for prompt service 👏👏

Good trustworthy company had my boiler replaced same day,tidied up after themselves,10 Yr warranty and boiler seems nice and quiet and more economical right away.

Excellent service. Gary responded immediately to our online enquiry. He carried out a survey the following day (Monday) and the boiler was fitted on Tuesday. The free flush was most welcome. The work carried out by JD was clean, thorough and efficient. Highly recommended.

Stumbled across Thistle Boilers on Facebook and decided to get in touch for a quote for a new boiler. Gary was super fast getting back to me and came out the next day. He was honest and explained I could possibly get the boiler serviced to enable it to last a little longer, he also broke down the cost of a new one, explained my options etc. A week later however whilst I was weighing up my options , my boiler completely died.
I contacted him and one of his guys JD came out a couple of days later to fit my new boiler. He fixed a radiator pipe so my pressure wouldn’t drop, he noticed the radiators weren’t working as they should and instead of keeping quiet (like a previous company had been doing for years) he located a valve under a floor upstairs and turned it on so I would get more heat! He managed to get a radiator working which had been cold for 10yrs!! I’m honestly so happy with the service provided. He really did make sure the job was done properly before he left. Also, no mess was left behind which was a bonus! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys.
