Gary came out promptly once we had contacted the company for a quote, and sent Eamonn to install our new boiler and radiator four days later.
Once completed, we would get a guarantee and Gas Safe certificate, which we have gotten today.
Eamonn was the installer. He’s a nice lad who is very competent and knowledgeable, and we instantly trusted him to complete our installation.
We also very happy, knowing that we have 2 years free annual service.

I would definitely recommend thistle for a boiler replacement.

The engineers i dealt with were professional and polite.

Gary came out to my house on Saturday at 3pm,checked out my house,told me what I needed,gave me a price that my budget was,booked me in for the following Wednesday, told me what time his engineer would be out,his staff where spot on,tidied up all there rubbish,kept telling us what he was doing ,ideal job,cheers Gary and his staff

Outstanding company. I contacted them and within 5 minutes I received a phone call and had an appointment the next day to receive a quote. Shayne came out and quoted me, he explained everything and was very helpful as I had no clue whatsoever on boilers. He was helpful and had clear communication from the start to the end. Our new boiler was installed within 5 days of first contact which is a bonus since the temperature drop so quickly. The installation team was quick and efficient. Spoke me through how everything works. Overall I cannot flaut thistle boiler and would recommend them. Fantastic team

Best engineers team I ever had in my life, Guys so nice and helpful. Our boiler was upstairs, so everything from door till boiler, carpets, stairs were covered before any work start. Boiler was replaced quick and in hight standard. Never dreamed about service like this. At the end took vacuum cleaner and hovered around. Spoke to Gary on Thursday as our boiler had broken down and needed replaced, told him what boiler we had currently and sent photos of existing boiler and pipe work, he supplied several options with various prices and explained a bit about each of them. We decided what we wanted to go with and let him know on the Friday, Taylor and Nico arrived at 9am on Saturday morning to fit the boiler, they were very efficient, tidied up after themselves and didnt leave anything out of place, impeccable service from start to finish and can’t recommended them highly enough, I’m 37 weeks pregnant and needed it done urgently before the baby comes and they made it happen, cant thank them enough.

Amazing workmanship and extremely professional service by Gary from Thistle Boilers.
Gary had a nightmare of a job to remove & replace my old boiler to install new combi, with my concrete and steel frame house including having to deal with a 12ft drop into Muddy dark basement and a bricked in back burner that had to be cut in 2 to be removed.
5 stars and a gold medal deserved.

Gary fitted a new boiler on a Saturday whilst the weather was glorious and the football was on. Some engineers you would expect to do a minimal job under those conditions to get some of their weekend back - Gary was different, he took real pride in his work, took his time to do a good job and it shows. The attention to detail was superb.

The new pipework and rendering around the new flue looks great. The new electric runs are incredibly neat - it was a real joy seeing what a true professional can do. He even removed and patched the old overflow pipe the previous installation engineers had left years ago.

Tidied up after himself at the end, you would never have known he was there, everything was clean and back in its place.

Experience has taught me to be a cynic with most tradesmen these days, but I can't recommend this guy enough - we will be getting him back any time we need a service or further work done, and I have already recommended him to my friends.

Gary called today to fit a new boiler. Can't be happier did a thoroughly professional job. Tidied up after finishing. Would highly recommend him. First class thankyou so much.

First class service, Gary from Thistle Boilers, fitted our new boiler and showed great respect to the fitted kitchen and new rough cast. Is workmanship was excellent and got everything done in under 4 hours. That included spending time to check all radiators, taps etc and showing us the boiler controls and digital display.
