Ordered a gallon of 2 cycle oil from them and never received it. Have emailed, chated, and tried calling with no answers. I really believe this is not a real business.

Dont order parts from here. I ordered parts that said they where available and immediately they were put on back order. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

Horrible business, ordered tail lights twice and never received them, cancelled by TH MOTORSPORTS the first time and then cancelled the second time by TH MOTORSPORTS, the worst part is the shitty attitude, customer service agent asked why would I order it again if they cancelled your order the first time. Like I was done for of imbecile.

I think the definition of fraud is sending the wrong or not at all part and saying to bad for you.
If they had a minus rating these people would get it.

also, they claim to have 4 of the item i want in stock, they then cancel my order because there are ZERO in stock. website still claims 4 in stock total scam. dont walk, run from this trash company hiding behind two names

Ordered some lug nuts and my total was $86.73. Got them and decided to go a different route so tried returning and didn’t hear anything back for a long time so emailed them and finally got a return label and sent them back and didn’t get any money back so I emailed them again and they refunded me $11.52 and said the deduction was due to restocking and shipping. Will never buy from autoplicity or thmotorsports again

Purchased a Bosch car battery from this company back in February 13, 2023 and the battery is discharging to a point where I can no longer start my car. I reached out to their support teams via their official website and support team email and I have not heard back regarding warranty information.

I reached out directly to Bosch Auto Parts and they confirmed that THMotorsports is NOT an authorized seller of Bosch products that they will not be able to honor their products 4yr warranty.

Ordered an intake pipe that was in stock later to get an email saying delivery would be delayed by 8-9 days, I immediately sent a cancellation request. My order has been pending cancellation now for a WEEK. That's like 1980's time no excuse for that kind of delay.

Thurs Ordered tires, paid for 2 day shipping, notified me Sunday that order was cancelled. Said that they were priced wrong and should have been $400 more for the shipping. At least call taker was honest. They offer them for 20$ more on amazon. Free shipping.

I was very skeptical of buying these cheap tires from their website. $160 for a set of Toyo tires? Definitely a steal! I did everything to cover my end, payed with PayPal, used my credit card, and also payed for their shipping insurance which was like $10. Honestly thought I was going to get scammed as a lot of reviews say, but I got my order within the 2 days they promised! These tires are brand new, and I also like how they would send tracking updates to my email. I’m definitely going to buy from them again, and I encourage you to buy from them as well! I’m writing this review as everyone always writes about bad experiences but never the good ones. Thanks THMotorsports!

This place is trash scam they put shit up they don’t even have stay a way from them never again.

I ordered some headlights for my truck and they cancelled my order. No explanation, no communication, no anything. I found out they cancelled it by checking on my order. I paid for 2 day shipping and checked on it when it wasn't delivered. As this was my first order, I'll never do business with them again. Needless to say I ordered the same parts from someone else.

Don’t buy from them…worst customer service. They must have gotten in trouble with PayPal. I never had a company that couldn’t deliver your items to a mechanic shop. From all the reviews I hope my item is what I ordered. They say they are backorder and they don’t tell you until after you order the item.

I bought skyjacker shocks and coil springs for my 1993 f250 on, 3/20/24 and the shocks have already failed. I paid almost $300 for this set and am extremely disappointed. I have tried to contact the company multiple times and nobody has reached back out to me and that’s going on a month now. I do not recommend this company at all and do not waist your money on Skyjacker products they do not last and I bet they will fail within a year of having them.

Do not, I repeat do not order from this horrible company. I placed an order for four tires to be delivered on a Monday. On a Tuesday I was told that the order was being processed and should arrive in a couple of days. 48 hours later, I receive an email saying that the order has been canceled because there is no inventory on the product, after I was assured that this order was being loaded up and, getting ready to be delivered to me. I even took the time to schedule my mechanic on a Saturday to install these winter tires. This company has no regard for the customers time or the amount of incredible inconvenience they cause. I actually believe that this is a scam company , that shows you a low price, quotes or lowball’s the quote, and then realizes they may have missed priced and cancel the inventory. Next stop…the Better Business Bureau and the federal commission. You’ve been warned!

I ordered a set of Empi pistons and cylinders, said to be manufactured by empi. They sent me Mahle pistons and cylinders. I called customer service and they said I could keep Mahle set and get 25% back from money sent. I agreed. The next day I got an email saying agent was wrong and the most I could get back is $ 25. Still waiting for refund.2 weeks later… nothing.
I will never shop there again.

I placed an order for 4 x Pirelli tires at $165. each. They showed 10+ in stock on their website.
Next day, they cancelled my order, said they were out of stock. Then they changed the website listing and priced them at $265 and magically 10+ in stock!
I emailed them, they gave me B.S response about out of stock and would not honor the price that was originally quoted and ordered.
Dont buy here!

The company promised two-day delivery but my over $600 tire order never arrived and there was no communication regarding my order. When I called no one ever knew what the delay was and my car was at the mechanic shop- which I explained. For one week I got the runaround about them "communicating with the warehouse" and when no one still knew anything, I requested a refund which took another week for them to process. I am not certain I would have gotten my money back if I hadn't paid through and filed a complaint with Paypal. They did however refund all of my money. I would not recommend you take the risk with this company. If they had simply been professional, knew where their products were and why they didn't ship, informed the customer, and returned calls and emails it could have been a much better experience as delays happen sometimes.
