Unfortunately, the shipping was poorly handled. Whoever packed the cirgs used all the bubble wrap on top of the six boxes of cigars. No bubble wrap on the bottom or side of the cigar boxes. These particular cigars come inside glass cubes. The box should have been labeled fragile handle with care

I ordered by phone the Bandero combo pack. The man I was talking to on the phone was very polite very helpful very knowledgeable. He let me know that it may take 8 to 12 days for my cigars to arrive. I actually got them in four days that to me is great Service.
