Ordered a gift from Threshers weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed multiple times and they never respond. None of their phone numbers work.
They have simply stolen my money. Avoid this company as if you have issues you will have no way of resolving them.
Found a bottle of Bells Whiskey that’s no longer in production. Reasonably priced, arrived quickly and in great condition, it made a superb gift. Very happy with the overall transaction. No complaints from me!

Placed an order on 6th December for next day delivery but stillnhavent received it. Contacted Threshers several times to be told the order was delivered on the 12th, which is completely untrue. Threshers will not answer my emails and offer no other way to contact them. Eventually gave up trying to get answers on the 22nd and got Paypal to resolve the issue and force a refund from Threshers. Terroble customer service I'm afraid
I ordered a advent gin calendar, first time I ordered it, things went well.
But I wasn't sure I could afford it so I stopped the transaction.
So when I tried to reorder it I made a mistake and didn't realise till I got the confirmation email. So I emailed the straight away and they changed the address for me. The person we purchased it for is very happy with it.

I bought 5 bottles with screw caps and not ONE of them I’m able to open. When I turn the top the whole cap moves and won’t twist off. Gutted as this is NOT the first time this has happened when buying off Threshers website. I am waiting for customer service to email me back 😞
Sold us two Mini kegs that only had 4 weeks left on best before date. In my opinion too short a shelf life, especially for alcohol!

Ordered a bottle of whisky, got the code to go pick up , only for post office to tell me it’s not there. Contacted threshers who told me to go back and double check. We did! Contacted them again to be told it’s out of stock and they’ll contact dpd. I explained it’s for a birthday this weekend , an they basically said they’ll keep in touch an let me know. I told them this wasn’t acceptable and wanted a refund, not heard anything since from them. Not happy at all a certainly wouldn’t recommend using them , I certainly won’t again.
Item not as described in picture. Was supposed to come with a presentation box. As has been previously stated on other reviews they don't take responsibility when something goes wrong. It's a lump it or like it attitude.
Website is so easy to use and easy to find all products, everything is so well packaged nothing can get broken, I’m so pleased with them as every step of the way they email or text me to let me know what’s happening next, thank you

Terrible customer service. They take no responsibility for you actually receiving your order. I’m still waiting for my order which apparently was signed for by an adult despite no one knocking on the door and no one signing for anything. Failed to provide information on who supposedly opened the door and signed for the delivery. Needless to say I do not recommend and urge others to think twice about ordering from here and instead use a company you know and trust . I doubt I’ll ever receive my order or get an honest response.

I get it, incorrect items sent out for deliveries can happen with any company however most of the time people complain about threshers it seems to be they are receiving the wrong items and are pretty peeved at the Returns process so who exactly is working in the warehouse to send out loads of incorrect items.
What is concerning to me is that they ask you to return them, when it's their fault for incorrectly sending them in the first place, which means somebody has had a liquid or food item and God alone knows what they could have introduced into it before they return it to be spiteful to the seller, then they're going to restock it and send it to somebody else.
You hear of people doing all sorts of things with corks like using needles and injecting god know what because they're being spiteful to the company that sent it due to having a poor experience. I just dread to think what could go on with something they receive back at Threshers, because they can't exactly check it; and then they're going to sell it on to some unexpected person.
I would seriously consider buying nothing from this company ever again because you could be receiving a returned item.
In addition it's noted that their website is completely incorrect.
They tell you to report any discrepancies within seven days and include an 0800 number that does not work, (If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info (e-mail redacted) or 0800 328 5303 within 7 days of receiving the item to request replacement or return) then the terms and conditions listed below say that you have 30 days to reject if they do not conform to the contract! So if you don't report in seven days they tell you you're out of time yet legally their contract states 30 days.
8.2 Beginning on the day that you receive the Goods (and ownership of them) you have a 30 Calendar Day right to reject the Goods and to receive a full refund if they do not conform as stated above. Alternatively, you may request a repair of the Goods or a replacement. We will bear any associated costs and will carry out the repair or replacement within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you. In certain circumstances, where a repair or replacement is impossible or otherwise disproportionate, We may instead offer you a full refund. If you request a repair or replacement during the 30 Calendar Day rejection period, that period will be suspended while We carry out the repair or replacement and will resume on the day that you receive the replacement or repaired Goods. If less than 7 Calendar Days remain out of the original period, it will be extended to 7 Calendar Days. If, after a repair or replacement, the Goods still do not conform (or if We cannot do so as previously described, or have failed to act within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to you), you may have the right either to keep the Goods at a reduced price, or to reject them in exchange for a refund. If you exercise the final right to reject the goods more than six months after you have received the Goods (and ownership of them), We may reduce any refund to reflect the use that you have had out of the Goods.
They've just literally copy and pasted a contractual terms and conditions into their own which have absolutely no bearing on what they've stated and I don't see how they can repair liquid!
The item was great, the gift wrap was great, the label was poor. A small, badly printed bit of paper stuck onto a large Thresher gift tag. It looked like it was Thresher not me.

Initial online order, with payment for Saturday delivery, was scheduled for five day delivery, until reminded of terms. One glass was broken on delivery, replaced days later.
