Beware of Duchus Island blend.
I received a bottle of Duchus Island blend from a faulty batch that meant I was unable to open the top.when I informed after sales they offered neither a refund nor replacement bottle when the issue was sorted. They suggested after mutilating trefoil top somehow, I cold buy replacement stoppers at Amazon. So, if I bought a fridge whose door won't open, or a car I can't get into,just take a sledge hammer, that'acceptable! Very disappointed.

Threshers not a problem. Delivery company used doesn't give any leeway to delivery times. It took 4 attempts before I received my order. Repeatedly trying to deliver at the same time knowing that no one was home over that time period, even when a neighbour told them we are at work until a later time. Didn't have any means of contacting them to get delivery time changed. My neighbour kindly stayed in to receive the parcel for me otherwise I would still be probably going round in circles waiting for delivery and not been in.

I live in Canada and ordered a bottle of champagne to celebrate a special occasion for my daughter and son in law. I paid extra for Saturday delivery (the next day). Nothing. After more than 2 weeks… still nothing. They said they tried, but there was no one there to show proof of age. Garbage!! A special thought … ruined!
