This is more for DPD
This is more for DPD, but they are Threshers’ fulfilment partner. I was home when the DPD van pulled over. We have building works so I got there in 4 minutes (had to walk around the house) instead of 2 but the van had turned and left. I then found my order returned and refunded within days. No contact, no delivery, and the courier didn’t even wait 5 minutes until I got the gate.

Prices are good and, although you have to pay for delivery, you’re kept informed of when you will receive your order. My deliveries have always arrived on time and very well packaged so there’s no breakages!!
