Complete scam took my money and never delivered goods... reported to PayPal Fraud team DO NOT use them!

DO NOT buy from these MFers!!. Total SCAM!!! Ordered 2 spice racks a month ago. Got confirmation with order number and that's it. I sent an email to their published email address to find out where it was. Crickets. No phone number that I can find. Facebook should be sued for not vetted companies they allow to pop up in your feed. And I should kick myself (again) for falling for it. Hopefully, there's enough of us eventually we can go after this company!

I order a mask in late February and the packaged never delivered their website is no longer operatinal and they trick you by saying that so and so just bought a mask in California or in new york they don't deliver this is a scam.

I also ordered my n95 masks in late Feb. I know masks are back ordered everywhere... I just received masks I ordered Jan 29 from Amazon. The difference is that amazon kept me informed and then did deliver on the day they promised. No communication from Thunder Shop other than “thanks for your order and your money”. No phone number to call them. I did send an email to hello@... but no response. Buyer beware.

how had facebook or instagram let these scams sites be on their social media thought they did through checks beforhand . just got scamed and have requested paypal to stop payment or what ever they do not sure if will work Hopefully it will. well never again on social media sites. Lesson learned

ThunderShop is Definitely a SCAM! I ordered in February, I was charged and I have not received ANYTHING! DO NOT order!!!

SCAM/FRAUD/CON - ordered based on a FB ad last Feb 26, Credit card charged, have never received merchandise. Correspondence has stopped. Words cannot adequately express my disdain and anger.

SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!! I ordered 2) N-95 masks for my daughter over 8 wks ago at the very beginning of any Coronavirus talk. I haven’t heard anything at all from this place; I have sent several e-mails to inquire about my order (because they don’t provide a phone number!!) and no reply! I guess I’m just out $58....money I could really use right now.

Looks like thundershop.co is now coming up for the now shut down thundershop.org site but is directing you to waybrooks.com that is selling same products. Wonder if it’s the same scam. I got got on the nebulight and pretty bummed also. Pretty lame of them...

I have some experience also that I did not get my product which I ordered last february 2020...i keep waiting but nothing came. I thought maybe the mailman put it on others mailbox so I did not got it, which happens as I got some mails from my neighbors.. But as reading the threads here now it is clear that we've been scammed. Is there any thing we can do to catch this lowly people so that they can not do it anymore in the future?

Have always prided myself of being skeptical of buying products from never-heard off websites.
this time they got me (!)... Thunder Shop is a fraudulent site. It took my money and the order was never received. I emailed them asking what the status of my order was and --of course-- never received a reply..... today after attempting to check out the website my suspicions were confirmed, it doesn't exist anymore ! ....... I have learned a valuable lesson, no matter how legitimate a website presents itself no matter how appealing their products seem to be, DO NOT catch the bait and don't be scammed by it.

I ordered a bed for my new puppy on 2/26/2020. I have not received the order, no responses to my email will dispute with my bank for a refund. I will only order items fromAmazon from now on.

I have never seen a site with ALL bad reviews till now. I have filed a claim with Pay Pal. Justice is mine. Thanks PayPal for the refund. I will use PayPal for all future purchases.

This appears to be total and complete fraud. Like others, I ordered in February. In checking on the order, discovered the web site no longer exists. The site previously appeared very real, with a catalogue of other interesting products, etc. Legit. Pre-payment prior to shipping is a clue. In addition to disputing the charge with my credit card company, I am also notifying Instagram about the fraud, since the product was originally advertised on Instagram. That means that Facebook also got paid when I ordered from this company, and obviously the advertising dollar was more important than the customer outcome. Suggest never order anything from Instagram or Facebook, since it appears that those suppliers are not verified by the company. Do your homework, track down the company's real email and business on line using a search to see if it really exists, has reviews, etc.

Purchased the NebuLight back in February 12, 2020, still haven't gotten it to this very day. Tried messaging via email support and Instagram a few times between the time I purchased it to now with no response whatsoever. Only recently the site has been taken offline. I filed a dispute through my bank to get a refund.

Still waiting for order. No response from this rip off company. I am disputing the charges.

We run an online store called Thunder Online Shop, which only sells merchandise on behalf of a UK rock band called Thunder. We've been receiving a lot of emails from disgruntled Thundershop.org customers, all asking where their orders are. We reply to each and every one, explaining that they've written to the wrong store, and giving them the correct email address for the other store. We're not connected to them in any way, and feel bad for their customers, who seem to have had money taken and received nothing.
